“I am going to write an honest opinion related to my recent trip to this hotel and why in my opinion I believe it deserves 5 stars. Let's start with the basics, the hotel is neat, clean, organized, presentable, friendly, easy check in, all the things you would expect. What sets this place apart is the service, the service is beyond exceptional. Especially, I'd like to point out the concierge, they go above and beyond to make sure you feel at home, but that you also have everything you need to have a pleasant stay. Additionally, the restaurant in the hotel called La Terraza is exceptional in terms of service and food. I'd like to personally recommend and mention Angela Gomez, her magnificent and dedicated attention to detail made my stay pleasant, stress free, and enjoyable. Other exceptional individuals include Daniel A., Marco L., and Alison A. I highly recommend this place as you will find that your stay is just as unique as mine!”

“My stay at Mondrian Mexico City Condesa was truly memorable. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcomed with a handwritten note and a beautiful dessert inspired by the colors of the Colombian flag. As a Colombian visitor, that thoughtful gesture meant a lot and immediately made me feel at home.
The room was gorgeous, modern, and full of artistic character. Having a private terrace made the experience even more special, offering a perfect place to relax after exploring the city. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and every detail of the room was carefully designed to create a unique atmosphere.
The food was excellent throughout my stay, and I would especially like to recognize Alison, whose kindness and professionalism stood out. She was always warm, attentive, and eager to help, making us feel valued as guests.
What impressed me most about Mondrian was its ability to combine sophisticated design with genuine hospitality. The personalized touches, delicious cuisine, comfortable accommodations, and outstanding staff created an experience that I will remember for a long time.

The courtyard coffee shop and bar/restaurant was great for gathering, and the neighborhood is lovely and convenient. There are more cafes and restaurants than you could ever enjoy, plus parks and shops within short walks.”

“What a lovely hotel! We loved our 8 night stay at Mondrian Mexico City. The hotel is in a great, walkable neighborhood. Rooms are nicely appointed and updated. Staff are all so friendly and helpful, and the coffee shop and hotel restaurant are great.
The real standout of our stay was the concierge, Gustavo. He went above and beyond both before and during our trip to make sure we had the best time possible. From arranging airport transfers, to scoring us a reservation at Contramar, from asking about our adventures every time we saw him, to going all out to help us get tickets to a Diablos Rojos game, Gustavo is a true gem. He made this trip truly unforgettable.
We will absolutely be back to CDMX and will surely chose Mondrian as our home base.”
