“Nima house hands down is an elite level lodging 2 blocks east of Av Insurgentes sur road splitting the Roma Norte/La condesa neighborhood. Its location makes walking to each neighborhood easy, and simple for transportation pick up/drop offs.
The vibe of the hotel is quiet modern luxury with focus on resident experience providing a calm atmosphere to contrast the busy CDMX hustle.
My room on the 4th level was impeccable and clean, with room turnovers in the evenings timed perfectly after dinner and outings.
Zaira and the Nima team take safety as a priority, personally escorting you into and out of the hotel. The level of service and attention to detail is that reflected by the price and is worth every dollar.
The team helped make my wife and I’s 1st wedding anniversary special, collaborating with a local mariachi band for a serenade upon my request and well as setting small desserts and notes that remind us of what this occasion here is for - an anniversary.

“The staff here are incredible, genuinely invested in making sure you're having the best time, both at the hotel and out in the city. Every single day there was some little surprise waiting in our room: a foot bath one day, aromatherapy the next, tea, even a shot of mezcal. It never felt over the top, just really thoughtful.
Breakfast was delicious every morning, and they even threw in a complimentary massage at the spa (amazing, by the way). The common spaces are gorgeous, especially the rooftop, where we got to watch a mourning dove nesting the whole time we were there. Honesty bars scattered around the hotel, free snacks in the room that were actually good, the comfiest bed I've ever slept in, and showers that felt like a spa in themselves.
Their recommendations for restaurants and things to do were legit, not the generic "here's a list" thing, actually well thought out. They set up a walking tour of Teotihuacan for us with zero hassle and packed us a lunch to take along.
Such an intimate, personal vibe for being in such a huge city. Can't recommend it enough, already hoping to come back.”

Above all the staff are exceptional- welcoming, caring and made us feel at home . They went over & above to arrange a surprise birthday celebration , massage was superb , the breakfasts excellent.

“My girlfriend and I absolutely loved our stay at Nima Local House. It’s tucked away on a quiet, beautiful street with amazing restaurants all around, a great coffee shop next door, and plenty of unique boutiques within walking distance.
We wanted a comfortable place to unwind after spending our days exploring Mexico City, and Nima was exactly that. Every time we returned, our room was spotless, the hotel felt peaceful, and the entire area felt very safe. The staff truly made the experience special—they were always happy to share local recommendations and made us feel genuinely cared for.
One of our favorite memories was a private guitar performance on the rooftop that we’ll never forget. If you’re looking for a relaxing, romantic, boutique hotel without the crowds, I can’t recommend Nima Local House enough. It truly feels like a first-class experience.”

We had an absolutely incredible stay at Nima Local House. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was world-class. The staff here are extremely attentive and truly go above and beyond. A special thank you to Anastasiia, Zaira, and Carlos, who made us feel so welcome and cared for us throughout our visit. The service felt personal and genuine, which is rare to find. It was like staying at a friend's house.
Our room was De La Lama which we loved. Since it is located on the roof, it is quiet and feels like a private sanctuary. We essentially had almost private use of the stunning roof garden, which was the perfect spot to unwind (me) and work (my husband). The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep and we were greeted with fabulous treats (herbal tea and small cookies) every night, even a relaxing foot bath one evening — small details that made a huge difference in the overall experience.
The kitchen team deserves a massive shout-out! Breakfast was delicious every single morning, offering a wide variety of healthy options. It was the perfect way to fuel up for a day of exploring. We asked for the box lunch a couple of times - it's delicious and included in the price, so make the most of it!
The location is in the heart of where you want to be, close to high-quality bars, restaurants, and shops. Nima have their own spa a couple of doors down which my husband visited a couple of times. It was fabulous. The neighborhood felt very safe and walkable.
Verdict: If you are looking for a small boutique hotel with a beautiful interior, top-tier service, a good night's sleep, and a great location, look no further. I can’t wait to return!”

“My wife and I stayed at Nima House and had an extraordinary experience. The level of hospitality was wonderful. During our stay, Zaira, Anatasia and Carlos showed caring attention to every detail, always available for recommendations, responding quickly to requests, and making us feel like special guests. The atmosphere in the hotel is charming luxury, with an intimate feel and gorgeous decor, including in our room, which was serviced perfectly twice every day. Just an example: when we checked in, Zaira had us sample four or five different aromas to see which we preferred for our room. The location of the hotel, in the heart of Roma, was the perfect location for exploring Mexico city. We also took advantage of the spa early in our stay, which was an amazing way to get our vacation started. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants an exceptional experience!”
