Exceeded our expectations. Location was great, an easy walk to everything and very quiet. Staff could not have been nicer and our room was spacious, had everything we needed and more. Breakfast was delicious with healthy choices. We felt very well cared for.

“Este hotel es precioso, cuenta con una piscina rodeada de un jardín muy bonito y cuidado. La habitación que compartí con mi amiga era muy grande, cómoda, cuenta con una mini cocina equipada con todos los utensilios para cocinar y cafetera con café. Nos encantó quedarnos en Casa de la Ballena y Don Martín muy atento y profesional en atendernos.”

Las atenciones del personal respecto al desayuno, limpieza, recomendaciones, ayuda en cualquier momento, además poder utilizar la alberca en la noche fue agradable.”

“Fantastic! In my opinion, it's the best place to stay in Sayulita. The courtyard area was a beautiful haven away from the hustle and bustle of the town - super safe and secure. The rooms are beautiful, AC and fan super comfortable. Internet good. The breakfast was excellent. The housekeeping and groundskeeping crew were fantastic - they keep the place pristine. The manager, Martin,is fantastic - he is the nicest guy ever and super genuine. The dogs are super cute and chill. 100% recommend.”

“Everything was perfect , the room size was big, everyday we had room service, nice fan and AC, the kitchen tap water was filtered so we didn't need to buy water , the staff were so nice and friendly , breakfast was great , the pool and lounges were perfect, the room had everything you need ( blow dryer , iron, smoothie maker , two different coffee maker , kitchen ware , nice body lotion, even Beach blanket

“Oh! Where to start… the rooms were fantastic! Having filtered water out of the faucet is a game changer! The kitchenette was well stocked, we blended our smoothies and made snacks everyday. The breakfast was also a nice treat! They had espressos drinks, fresh fruit, yogurt and cereal. PLUS, the choice of hot meals (Chilaquiles, omelet, pancakes, huevos rancheros and more). The pool was a nice place to unwind each day with plenty of areas to lounge. It’s an easy five minute walk to the main square and about the same to the beach. Close enough to be in the action far enough a way to sleep quietly and comfortably. This will be the only place we stay in Sayulita when we come back.
The staff is also WONDERFUL.”
