“Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Conrad Tulum et avons été particulièrement impressionnés par la qualité du service et l’attention portée aux détails. Le personnel est extrêmement professionnel, disponible et chaleureux, avec un véritable souci de satisfaire les clients.
Les infrastructures sont magnifiques : l’hôtel est très bien conçu, parfaitement entretenu et offre de nombreux espaces pour se détendre. Les piscines sont superbes et l’ensemble dégage une vraie sensation de calme et de raffinement.
La chambre était exceptionnelle, spacieuse, élégante, très confortable et parfaitement équipée. La literie est excellente et la qualité des prestations est clairement au rendez-vous.
Nous avons également apprécié l’atmosphère de l’hôtel, à la fois luxueuse et très reposante, ainsi que la qualité globale de l’expérience.
Deux petits bémols néanmoins : la situation est assez isolée, ce qui peut être un inconvénient si l’on souhaite sortir régulièrement de l’hôtel et découvrir les environs. Par ailleurs, la restauration est assez chère au regard de la qualité proposée. Les restaurants sont agréables, mais nous avons trouvé que la cuisine n’était pas toujours à la hauteur du standing et des tarifs pratiqués.
Malgré ces deux points, nous recommandons vivement le Conrad Tulum. Une très belle adresse pour profiter d’un séjour haut de gamme dans un cadre exceptionnel.”

“We just finished our stay at Conrad Tulum Riviera Maya, and we are honestly speechless. This was one of the most incredible travel experiences we have ever had.
The property is absolutely stunning, but what truly made it unforgettable was the hospitality. Every single person we encountered was warm, kind, attentive, and genuinely went above and beyond. The level of service and attention to detail was unlike anything we have experienced before.
The food was impeccable — from the bar, to room service, to every restaurant we tried. Every meal felt special, and the service throughout the resort was exceptional.
We knew going in that the beach likely wouldn’t be swimmable because of the sargassum, but it was still beautiful, and the property more than made up for it. We kept finding new hidden gems, peaceful corners, gorgeous views, and little details that made the resort feel magical.
The spa is an absolute must. It was breathtaking, and we had the best massages we have ever had. I genuinely haven’t felt this relaxed in years. Even if you are not staying at the resort, it would be worth coming for a spa day pass alone.
We met so many other couples during our stay who felt the exact same way — completely blown away by the resort, the food, the spa, and especially the people.
We have no complaints other than being bummed we couldn’t stay longer. Conrad Tulum is truly a special place, and we cannot wait to come back.”

“Unreal from start to finish. The customer service is absolutely impeccable, every single member of staff is welcoming and smiling which gives that sense of comfort which is enjoyable when staying in a resort. Can’t remember the names of staff think it was Diego and jorge. The lady who does the keychains and bike rides roceo, ange (sorry for the spelling) and all the staff in every restaurant truly go above and beyond, which creates an unreal experience.
Everywhere was so clean, genuinely had the nicest sushi in one of the restaurants. The cook in front of you was surreal.

“The best resort I've ever been to! My five year-old daughter calls it paradise and I agree. The place is phenomenal! Beautiful space but what makes it special is people who work there. Itzel, concierge extravaganza, was an angel. She truly made this vacation special for us. She went above and beyond to make my daughter's birthday unforgettable. Every little detail, from hand painted pictures on the coconut( they were out of coconuts, but somehow she made it happen) to decorating our room as a birthday surprise for my little girl in the most amazing way- SHE WAS PHENOMENAL!!!!! I can't say enough good things about her. Also, the ladies(Mariana, Denisse, and Ruth) at the kids club took such good care of my daughter and made her feel so at ease and happy that she begged to go there every day!!! And made it possible for me to go and enjoy the spa, (which is another level! ) They also threw her a true piñata birthday party with her favorite characters.

All the restaurants on the property are great! Our favorites were Kengai and Maratea. Delish!

“We absolutely loved our family vacation at the Conrad Tulum. There were so many great activities to enjoy throughout our stay, and we highly recommend participating in them, especially the early morning yoga classes with Juan and the afternoon arts and crafts sessions for adults.
What truly stood out to us, however, was the kids’ daycare program. Our child had an amazing time every day, participating in arts and crafts, sports, and other fun activities. The staff was incredibly friendly, caring, and attentive, making us feel completely comfortable and allowing us to relax and fully enjoy our vacation. A special thank you to Mariana, Denisse, and Ruth, who were absolutely wonderful. It was clear that they genuinely cared about the children and worked hard to create a fun, safe, and welcoming environment.

“Conrad Tulum Riviera Maya is so special to me. My husband and I recently had our wedding there on May 2nd. From the minute we arrived, it was an amazing trip for us and all of our 220 guests. The hotel is breath taking, the beaches are stunning, the food is delectable and the service is impeccable.
I have been there twice before that to plan our wedding and each time we had the best experience.
The hotel is so gorgeous, clean and stylish. The views from the rooms, shower and balconies are so picture perfect.
Their spa is out of this world and so gorgeous.
The main pools are absolutely stunning and beautiful.
Arbolea for breakfast is soooo amazing. We also loved Autor and Maratea as well.
Our wedding was built on the water mirror for the ceremony and it was such a gorgeous backdrop for our photos, we will remember it forever. We had the welcome party at the Carbon Garden area and our reception at the ballrooms. These venues were actual perfection in case you are planning your events there.
The location was gorgeous, amazing beaches.

Every interaction from reception, restaurants, pool side, shuttle and room service, was a positive experience. Special shout out to Ricky and Ricardo at the concierge for helping us plan our excursions, giving us options and finding discounts where available. The rooms were clean, comfortable and well designed. The resort was in excellent condition and great options for different cuisine. Our favorite was the poolside menu and drinks.”
