    “Our stay in Tulum truly would not have been the same without the invaluable help of Enrique, Daniel and Fernando. Whenever we had a question, a small issue, or a specific need, they always managed to find a solution that was perfectly adapted to us, with so much kindness, attention, and professionalism. Their support really made all the difference. We had such a magical experience at this hotel. We don’t want to say too much and spoil the surprise for future guests, but we were genuinely impressed by everything — the place, the atmosphere, the thoughtful details, and above all, the incredible hospitality. Everything seems to be designed to make your stay truly special, and that’s exactly how we felt. And of course, we have to mention Petronillo, the adorable hotel cat and unofficial mascot! He welcomed us with so much love and added an extra touch of warmth and charm to our stay. 🐈‍⬛ We left with so many beautiful memories and, honestly, we already miss it. This was a truly unforgettable experience, and we would recommend this hotel without hesitation.”

    “We had an absolutely wonderful experience during our stay. The facilities are excellent and the entire property is beautifully maintained. The pool is stunning and perfect for relaxing, and the rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable. What really impressed us was the attention to detail – the rooms are cleaned daily, which was much appreciated. The breakfast each morning was delicious with a great variety of options to choose from. The staff deserves special mention. They were incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive to our needs throughout our entire stay. Nothing was too much trouble for them, and they made us feel very welcome. All in all, this is a fantastic property with top-notch service. We will definitely be returning and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great getaway. Thank you for a truly memorable stay!”

    “We had a beautiful stay at Una Vida, it's honestly a little bit of paradise in Tulum. We stayed in the tropical room with the plunge pool and it was amazing. The pool was great for cooling off after a day out and it was so nice to have some private space. The hotel pool area is gorgeous and the drinks and food were great and reasonably priced for the convenience. We had the breakfast included and I would definitely recommend it. We spent an afternoon at the Hotel Bardo pool as well, it's a slightly edgier vibe and also great. I wish we'd had more time to try out the yoga classes. We also hired bikes at the front desk which was super convenient and cycled out to Tulum Ruins.”

    “Une pause zen dans l’effervescence du Mexique Très jolie chambre . Espace végétalise autour de la piscine Ils nous ont même préparé une lunch box pour notre départ en excursion très tôt car le petit déjeuner est servi à partir de 7h30 Il fait partie d’un groupe qui a les hôtels Bardo - juste à côté . On peut profiter de leur espace Et hôtel Milan où nous avons très très bien dîné Mention spéciale au massage exceptionnel !”

    “La experiencia fue espectacular de principio a fin. El staff es realmente muy atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudar, lo que hace toda la diferencia. Enrique fue increíble, siempre pendiente y ayudando sin descanso. Al estar en plena naturaleza, es importante venir preparado para eso, pero justamente ahí está el encanto del lugar. El hotel Una Vida es la prueba de que son las personas quienes hacen que un sitio y la experiencia sean realmente especiales. ¡Lo recomiendo muchísimo!”
