Our stay at Apu Mountain Lodge was truly one of the highlights of our trip to Peru. I can honestly say this was the best hospitality experience I have ever received at any hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like old friends rather than guests. The owner went above and beyond, providing personal attention and assistance that made our stay incredibly special. The entire staff was exceptional—genuinely warm, welcoming, and always willing to help. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and provided everything we needed. But what really sets Apu Mountain Lodge apart is the people. Their kindness, attention to detail, and genuine care for their guests are something you rarely experience, even at the finest luxury hotels. I've stayed at many hotels over the years, but the level of personal service and hospitality we experienced here was unlike anything I've encountered before. Thank you to the owner and the entire team for making our visit to Peru so memorable. We arrived as guests but left feeling like friends. I cannot recommend Apu Mountain Lodge highly enough.
