    “This has been the best hotel thus far! The check in was 10/10 and I was welcome with a bottle champagne since it was my sisters birthday. Room was clean and beautiful.”

    “Overall, my stay wasn't bad; it was just a standard, normal hotel experience. I want to highlight that the valet and front desk staff were very nice and welcoming throughout our visit. However, housekeeping could definitely do a much better job, especially when it comes to their timing. It would be a huge improvement if they cleaned the rooms earlier in the day. It was frustrating to come back from the beach wanting to relax in our room, only to encounter housekeeping still working and having to go back downstairs to wait for them to finish. The quality of the cleaning was also pretty disappointing. On one occasion, instead of putting fresh towels where they actually belong, they just folded them and left them sitting on top of the toilet. They also failed to empty our trash. Worst of all, the floors were not cleaned a single time during our stay. Some sand and a spill that happened on our very first day were still sitting on the floor the day we checked out. It’s a fine hotel with good customer service at the front, but the housekeeping team really needs to step up their attention to detail and timing.”

    “Beautiful place to stay! Make sure to get the ocean view. The food is great and the staff are accommodating. The bathroom space is a little small for me and the bed is low to the ground. I’m 6’4” so it’s a little uncomfortable, but the rooms are nice and modern.”

    “Unfortunately I wouldn’t return. We arrived early and were told we could t check im until closer to 4pm and we’d receive a call if a room became available prior too or when it was ready. Which is fine I went to the pool and relaxed but before I knew it 440 rolled around and no call on my room. Once I got to my room it was unbearably humid and warm. An engineer came to fix the a.c and it seemed to be cooler but not for long. By the night time it was so hot we couldn’t breathe! The next day we waited for a manager to arrive to be relocated which we were. The difference was insane! The pool was nice just small and only the one. Also this is not a swimmable beach keep that in mind. The drinks are light. So don’t expect to get a buzz unless you’re about 4 $14 drinks in. Out side of the pool staff which were really nice, the other staff was somewhat disconnected. They rarely spoke at the front door, were on their phones, and all more engaged with each other than the guest. Idk maybe I’m used to a more upscale service.”
