This was not my first time visiting, and once again, I was truly impressed by the level of service provided by your dedicated team. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Miss Aysha for her understanding and flexibility regarding my flight delay. Her willingness to accommodate a late check-out allowed me to relax and unwind after a long journey. Her exceptional customer service skills and attentiveness to my needs made me feel valued as a guest. Chef Mahmoud, your talent for creating culinary masterpieces is truly remarkable. The meals prepared under your guidance were not only visually appealing but also bursting with flavors. Your attention to detail and consideration for dietary preferences were greatly appreciated.     “Very clean and up to date. The pool is nice for wading on a hot day. There's also a gym that is surprisingly well equipped, along with a sauna and jacuzzi. The room itself (executive suite) was super spacious.”

    “Two things that i really liked and highly appreciate in the hotel that are room cleanliness and good breakfast. It is rarely to find a neat and nice room without some few dust here and there, which is very annoying, even in 5 star hotels, however this hotel rooms were cleaned just perfectly, exactly the way it should be as there was NO dust at all even in very tiny and unreachable spaces; this was extremely surprising as we used to find dust in many 4 and 5 stars hotel rooms in the world.”
