    “The Winchester Hotel is so beautiful. The decor is stunning, the courtyard is amazing, the room was lovely. We had the buffet breakfast and it was delicious. The staff were exceptional, super friendly and helpful. Everything was perfect!”

    “Everything about the stay was excellent. Meals were fantastic and breakfast fit for a queen. The staff are always so welcoming, friendly and professional. It will always be my first choice for a stay over in Cape Town. Thank you”

    “The Winchester is a beautiful hotel with a wonderful courtyard, a great location, an excellent team, very attentive service and an outstanding breakfast. The description on Booking.com did not entirely match the hotel’s actual room categories. We were initially allocated Room 105, which had a sea view but was located directly above the entrance and therefore very close to the road. It was not a courtyard-facing room as described on Booking.com; the courtyard rooms actually belong to different room categories. That said, the hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. For our second night, they moved us to a room that matched the advertised features, including a bathtub. It was still on the street side, but as it was on the third floor, it was significantly quieter. Many thanks to the team for handling the situation so kindly and finding a much better solution for us.”
