    “המיקום מושלם; מול החוף ומעל קניון קטן, קרוב מאוד לרכבת החוף המפורסמת ולמסעדות רבות. הצוות אדיב ויעיל. ניכר שכולם עושים מעל ומעבר כדי לתת לאורחים תחושה טובה. ידעו לעזור בפתרון בעיות כמו טלפון שהושאר בטעות בצד השני של העיר ושקית עם מתנות שנעלמה. החדר עצמו גדול יחסית עם מרפסת קטנטנה ונוף משגע (הוצע לנו גם שדרוג בתשלום בעת ההגעה, אבל גם החדר הבסיסי ביותר היה מעל למצופה). יש, אמנם, מעט מקום אחסון ואין ארון סגור, אבל יש מיני בר מפנק, אמבטיה כייפית ומיזוג טוב. מתקני המלון נהדרים, ובעיקר בריכת האינפיניטי והג'קוזי שעל ידה.”

    “The hotel was absolutely beautiful, the staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and I have to say the chef and waiters were incredible, as my daughter is coeliac, they bajed fresh GF bread every day, they made her food separate and really went out of there way. Also the bread was THE BEST GF bread we have ever had, absolutely amazing.”

    “فندق متعاون من ناحيه العرب وخصوصًا كسعودي .. تم العامل معنا باحترام حتى مع المحجبات والمنقبات ، مع ان الشعب عامه يعطي نظرات عالنقاب ولكن تعامل الموظفين كان احترافي و ودود ، اطلاله الفندق جميله جدًا عالبحر الفندق رقى حجزنا بدال ماتكون الاطلاله عالمدينه اعطانا عالبحر وفي اعلى دور انصح فيه وبشده وانصح في بوسان انها الافضل.”

    “Ein hochmodernes Hotel mit allen Annehmlichkeiten, die man sich vorstellen kann, ein beeindruckender Blick vom Zimmerbalkon auf Sandstrand und Meer, ein herausragendes Frühstücksbuffet und ja , ohne Abstriche die täglich gewohnte asiatische Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft. Das Signiel empfinde ich als Top- Hotel und wäre immer meine erste Wahl. Aber was auch immer, für Busan unbedingt ein Strandhotel buchen!”

    “We had a wonderful stay at Signiel Busan, and the concierge team was absolutely amazing from the moment we arrived. Bella warmly welcomed us, took care of our luggage, and made sure we were comfortable in our suite right away. After a long, late-night train ride from Seoul, she even thoughtfully prepared tea for us, which was such a nice and welcoming touch. The staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay. Their genuine hospitality really made a difference and made us feel well taken care of. We would definitely recommend Signiel Busan and would be very happy to stay here again!”
