Too many terms & conditions. No service from any staff after 4 pm. I ordered lunch from outside and requested for some crockery & cutlery. The reply came after 2 hours, so my lunch worth €29.50 got cold and i binned it! Staff grump , want to hurriedly do what the reluctantly do and run back into their quaters. All russian staff, serving reluctantly without a smile!
