The staff was fabulous! We got confused about the directions and parked in the parking facility. They straightened everything out for us. (Yes, you are supposed to drive on the plaza to get to the front door. The staff will handle your car from there.) They recommended and booked a nice restaurant for us for dinner and altogether made us feel special. The room was lovely, clean, and comfortable.
