    “The hotel’s overall guest experience was deeply disappointing, and several serious issues need to be addressed. The breakfast is not worth the additional cost. At €350 per night, guests should expect a much better selection, including basic items such as olives, jam, and fresh vegetables. Instead, the choice was extremely limited, with only a few cheese options and poor-quality tomatoes. Charging extra for this breakfast is difficult to justify and represents poor value. The security situation is even more concerning. Anyone from outside can apparently access the guest-room floors because the elevators do not require a room card, and there is no visible security check. The room doors also do not close automatically, meaning a room can remain unlocked unless guests manually check it. This happened during my stay and is completely unacceptable for any hotel, especially one charging these prices. The location is acceptable, but the pricing is inconsistent and unreasonable. I stayed for four days at €178 per night, yet when I asked to extend my stay by just one night, I was quoted €350. This sudden and extreme increase felt bizarre, unfair, and lacking in transparency. The hotel’s feedback system is also poorly designed. It appears more focused on assigning blame than on understanding and resolving genuine problems. If the available options do not reflect a guest’s experience, there should be an “Other” option with space to explain. More importantly, the hotel needs to address the breakfast quality, value for money, room security, elevator access, door safety, and pricing transparency. Overall, this was a disappointing and overpriced experience. The hotel should focus less on protecting itself from criticism and more on resolving the serious problems guests are reporting.”
