I really loved the Tropical hotel and the great team. Its so conveniently located at St Jean and I was at the beach every morning. Everyone made me feel very much at home and accommodated my specific requests. The restaurant is fabulous too. Great chef and restaurant staff. Big cheers for housekeeping manager for being so meticulous and helpful. I especially commend Claudia's Colle for his honesty and integrity. I hope to visit again soon.

“The Tropical Hotel is a five-star boutique hotel in Saint-Jean. It has 24 rooms around a lovely garden, where breakfast is served each morning. I was lucky that my room was ready when I arrived shortly after 11 a.m. My room had an outdoor patio, a spacious bedroom, and a private "balcony". (I was on the ground floor, so it was more of an enclosed sitting area than a balcony.)
Everyone in the hotel was friendly and helpful. They arranged an island tour and a taxi to Gustavia for me. The valet met me at the ferry terminal and took me back there on my departure day. Housekeeping came by at night with a turn-down service.
On another day, I was able to relax by the pool in the morning and had a "Signature Body Massage" in the afternoon. I enjoyed my stay here.”

“The hotel is gorgeous, chic, and beautifully designed, but the staff is what truly made our stay exceptional. They completely redefined customer service for us.
Every request was handled quickly and effortlessly, and they made the entire experience feel seamless from start to finish. They even helped with reservations and essentially took care of our itinerary, which made our trip so much more enjoyable and stress-free.
One thing to note: the hotel is set on a hill, so there is some walking up and down if you opt-out of a taxi ride. For us, it was a small tradeoff for the beautiful setting and overall experience.
We absolutely fell in love with St. Barts and can’t wait to book again. Highly recommended!”

“The hotel is simply amazing. The property was absolutely beautiful and well maintained. Prime location as it was walking distance to some of the best beach clubs i.e. Nikki Beach, Sandbar, and Gypsea). Staff was extremely attentive and personable. Never had ro ask for anything twice.”

“Our stay at Tropical Hotel in St. Barts was truly unforgettable. My husband and I came here on our honeymoon, and from the moment we arrived, everything felt so special. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, but what really made the experience stand out was the incredible service. Every single person made us feel so welcomed and cared for — it felt cozy, personable, and genuinely warm in a way that’s so rare to find.
The food and drinks were also some of the best we have ever had. We are still talking about them and honestly will be thinking about them for a very long time. Every meal felt like an experience, and everything was done so thoughtfully and perfectly.
This trip is something I know we’ll remember forever, and Tropical Hotel was such a huge part of that. We felt completely relaxed, spoiled, and at home the entire time. I honestly cannot recommend this hotel enough for anyone looking for a special, unforgettable experience in St. Barts. Thank you for making our honeymoon so amazing!”

“I want to start off this review by saying thanks to the staff, I just had to show up. They took care of the moke rental, reservations for dinner, transportation from/to the airport. Every single staff member welcomed you with a smile and courtesy of communication. Barbara, Emmanuelle, Delina, and the driver for valet (can't remember his name) thank you thank you for everything. Pauline the GM was amazing as well. If hesitant on booking, do not. The place is beautiful, welcoming and steps away from Nikki beach club and eden rock sand bar. 10/10 😍”

“The Tropical was the best thing about St. Barth's! It is a really lovely hotel with a great, relaxing, pretty atmosphere. Delicious breakfasts, lunches and dinners were just steps away from our room. The pool is beautiful with stunning views of the sea. And the service is impeccable! Everyone on the staff was so kind and generous, with a very special mention to Elia, Elio, Camille, Yasmine, and Pierre. They all made our visit so fun and enjoyable! My husband and I highly recommend this hotel.”
