Folks, if you’re looking for an unforgettable couples’ getaway, look no further than Stonefield. My wife and I celebrated our anniversary there, and to say that this is a special slice of Heaven would be an understatement - there’s a real, authentic energy the second you step foot onto the property. Its location / view (right next to Petite Piton) is unmatched, the villas are massive and very private (having your own pool is always a treat), and the value is off the charts. We did the “Adventure Package,” which I highly recommend, and the excursions were first rate and well organized. The staff exuded kindness every step of the way, and the food at the Mango Tree restaurant was spot on. Do yourself a favor and book it today. We can’t wait to go back!

“We stayed at the Flamboyant Villa and had the most amazing experience. This villa had the best view of the Gros Piton Mountain and it was absolutely breathtaking! The staff at the resort made us feel the most welcomed and ensured we were always taken care of. The mango tree restaurant was also amazing and served the best meals one can ask for! I had the best birthday experience and hope to be back soon!”

“We recently stayed here for our belated honeymoon. The setting is absolutely stunning: private villas, beautiful views, lush surroundings, and a truly romantic atmosphere. Our villa exceeded expectations and felt like excellent value for the level of privacy and scenery. The spa was exceptional, and the sunset cruise and other excursions were highlights. The local food, juices, breads, and jams were wonderful, and the half-board plan offered strong value.
That said, there were some inconsistencies that kept the experience from fully matching what was marketed, including some miscommunications, limited vegan/vegetarian options, and issues with wifi. We did not feel the experience that was delivered matched what was marketed, however we nonetheless our experience here was meaningful and we would still recommend going for the beauty and local-inspired vibes.”

“Excellent location. Beautiful view of Petit Piton. Staff were reliable and considerate. Villa had good privacy with amazing mountain/ocean view. Arranging excursions, transportation, and other reservations was incredibly easy. Highly recommend checking out Malgretoute beach. Paradise hotel is on the beach and has an agreement with Stonefield so we were able to charge water sport rentals and food to our room. Also, shore snorkeling from that beach was very good (lots of fish, some coral). Also highly recommend doing the bean to bar experience at Hotel Chocolat! Overall great location to a lot of excursions.”

Located super close to Soufriere highlights (sulpher mud baths, chocolate tour, waterfalls and botanical gardens.
The villa itself was amazing. Super private and quiet.
Staff was friendly and helpful. Nice evening offerings at Mango Tree. And jaw dropping sunsets, rainbows and ocean views.
Two warnings. Resort is on a steep incline so bring proper footwear. And it rains often for brief periods”

“There's no place like Stonefield! You will be greeted by a friendly driver with your name on a board. But prior to arriving, any email query is answered immediately!
This was our 4th visit (twice as a couple, once with family, and once with a friend). Our favorite room is Casarina which has an amazing view of the ocean and pitons with a pool that gets sun. If you prefer more shade, just ask for a room that gives shade. The bed is big and extremely comfortable. They had roses and words, "Welcome back," this time - so nice!
The Airconditioning is perfect - quiet and works very well. There are also plenty of fans if you prefer. The room has a mini fridge, outdoor hammock, and the best outdoor shower. The shower is huge and the water pressure is great. Everything you need is supplied (shampoo, lotion, bath gel). Housekeeping is great.
If you prefer the large pool, it's fabulous. You can enjoy the sun in comfy lounge chairs, or sit in the shade in tables as you enjoy food and drink.
Mango Tree restaurant is great. We especially love the breakfast always served with a smile. We ate dinner there our first night - also terrific. Do try some of the other restaurants in the area (Rabot, Ladera, Felicity are great).
This is THE place to stay. The prices are reasonable and the view is beyond anything you can imagine!”

“My husband and I visited St. Lucia for our honeymoon, and we absolutely loved our stay. The hotel staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, going out of their way to ensure we had a wonderful experience. I was initially nervous since it was our first time in St. Lucia, but the concierge was very responsive to my emails and answered all my questions, which really put me at ease.
I highly recommend against renting a car if you're visiting St. Lucia for the first time. We rented one and unfortunately had an accident because we weren't accustomed to driving on the local roads. Instead, we relied on the hotel to arrange our transportation, which turned out to be seamless. They provided a list of taxi rates for various locations around the island, and all we had to do was call the front desk to book a taxi which was usually available within 10-20 minutes.
Booking rides and excursions through the hotel was incredibly easy. The staff ensured we arrived at our destinations on time, waited with us in case of any delays, and made sure someone was there to pick us up whenever we needed to return. Overall, we had a fantastic time and were able to relax, thanks to the hotel staff making everything so easy and worry-free.”

“We went with our adult children and it proved to be a perfect place: gorgeous views, hammocks on each villa’s porch, outdoor showers. We used the shuttle to go down to the beach which is quiet, and used the taxi service to go to other sites (sulfur springs, Tet Paul trail, etc) that are about 15 minutes away. The restaurant (Mango Tree) has good breakfast but nice to try other local eateries for other meals.”

“Wow… what a place. The views are insane; the Pitons are so iconic and to have a panoramic view of Petit Piton from our room and plunge pool was the perfect end to our trip.
Firstly - don’t be put off by the name - it’s a full-service hotel in all but the accommodation which are 17 (I think) large villas which sleep various numbers of people.
We arrived having booked only 2 hours before (we had to leave our previous accommodation) and this was a surprise to the hotel - if you’re booking last-minute it’s best to call them. Nevertheless, the receptionist could not have been more helpful and by the time we’d finished dinner our villa was ready. Incredible service and an enormous relief! I think they might have even summoned housekeeping back to sort it out. Thank you so much.
The food in the restaurant is really good - modern, imaginative and yet also great ingredients and competitively priced. Wine is $28+ per bottle and is it very good quality.
The food sometimes took a while to arrive, but when it did it was always delicious and we enjoyed eating there. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.
The rooms need a bit of TLC in places; a few loose fixtures and fittings etc, but this is forgiven because of the views, the overall quality, the comfort of the beds, the incredible outdoor shower, the strong AC and the value for money compared to alternatives like Anse Chastanet.
It was also really nice to be able to cook in the villa; we went to the supermarket and got some food for our last night.
The hotel offers a daily free shuttle to a local beach where sunbeds are $20; not cheap but the snorkelling is incredible and the beers are cold. We saw so many different types of fish and the water was crystal clear. We walked down the hill (about 20 mins) and got the shuttle back up. The little (free) mobile phone the hotel provides is perfect for arranging this sort of thing.
Would 100% recommend.”

“The hotel is up in the mountains directly next to one of the largest pions. 10 minutes to town and maybe a distance from airport but this side of the island is magical.
How I rate a hotel is not only my room which was fabulous, but key is atmosphere and employees, from the person who greets you when you walk in to the driver who takes you wherever you need to go. The service from cleaning my room to bringing me my dinner. The restaurant serves a different menu every day so you never got bored. The chef is creative and top notch quality food. For me its about the employees and knowing in their smile and actions they love their work.
I experienced it all at this hotel. Wherever I needed help with anything the front desk took 1 second to help from booking a solo tour for me, arranging the drivers to the tours. To ensuring I experienced the best vacation.
Personally I loved this hotel. I have traveled all over USA, Europe, Africa and Mexico. They were top notch for me. Give them a try.”
