“We had a fantastic experience at Royal Zanzibar Beach Resort. The service was exceptional, and the staff were truly outstanding — friendly, professional, helpful, and always smiling.
A special thank you to Salim from the reception and his entire team for their excellent service and for making us feel so welcome.
The food was excellent, with a great variety of options for everyone. The rooms are huge, comfortable, and very clean, and the entire resort is beautifully maintained.
The gardens are absolutely stunning, the swimming pools are huge, and the beach is simply breathtaking — one of the most beautiful beaches I have ever seen.
The spa is also very special and definitely worth visiting.
Everything was perfect, and we would definitely come back. Highly recommended!”

“We stayed at the Royal Zanzibar Beach Resort for 1 week for our Honeymoon after a week of Safari, and all I can say is this has been excellent! The room we were given was fantastic, bathroom was great with a nice big shower, all facilities were cleaned, and cleaned everyday! The resort its self had 4 pools, different sizes and depths, with access to the beach too. Sunsets and sun rises were beautiful with a clear view. The food was also fantastic with plenty of options to choose from. All staff are super friendly and ready to assist with anything and everything, and couldn't be more helpful! Overall, everything was AMAZING! Couldn't be happier.”

“One of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at! Truly high standards. The all-inclusive food, cleanliness, and service are excellent! The staff are very friendly and always eager to help. It’s a great fit for both couples and families, and there are activities for children as well. “An absolute 10/10 experience from start to finish! The location is breathtaking, right on a stunning beach, and the rooms are immaculate, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The entire staff goes above and beyond, but a special shoutout goes to Mohamed and Edwin, who truly made our stay unforgettable [ I now know why people talk a lot about them in the reviews - visit the resort & you will find out why] They welcomed us with genuine warmth, were always there for us whenever we needed help, and provided exceptional service throughout. To top it all off, the food was outstanding—every meal was a delight. We couldn’t have asked for a better getaway and can't wait to return!”

“We had a wonderful stay at the Royal Zanzibar Beach Resort. The hotel is beautiful, with well-maintained gardens, lovely swimming pools and a fantastic beachfront location. Our room was spacious, comfortable and kept exceptionally clean throughout our stay. There was a great selection of food and drinks, and the resort had a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.
Godlove and Yvone deserve a very special mention, as they were both absolutely brilliant. They were warm, friendly and attentive, always greeting us with a smile and going above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Their excellent service genuinely made our stay more memorable.
The only area we felt could be improved was the table service during lunch and dinner. At times, the service was a little slow and could have been more attentive. Improving this would make the overall dining experience match the otherwise excellent standard of the resort.
Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend the Royal Zanzibar Beach Resort. Thank you to Godlove, Yvone and the rest of the team for making our holiday so special.”
