The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and always willing to go the extra mile to make our stay special. The property was beautiful, comfortable and well maintained, and every part of our experience was handled with genuine care and attention. It was clear that the team takes great pride in looking after their guests. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return again.     “We've been coming to the JW Marriott Phuket for many years now and the service has always been excellent. This year we were assisted by Oy in our booking, and she made our experience so much smoother and more comfortable. Oy helped us to organise our transport to and from the airport to the hotel, car rental, even helped us to check the status of our room while we were in a different hotel. At the end of the trip, she made sure we got to the airport in time for an early morning flight. So much thanks to Oy Marriott Concierge - very trustworthy and better than the Tui tour desk”
