    “Communication is very poor from the hotel staff. We were left stranded on the beach with our luggage despite multiple communication to the hotel about our arrival. Staff from a different hotel helped us with our luggage eventually. Would have been easier to have some sort of prior brief from the hotel where and how to come to the resort once you land up in railey beach.”

    “Alue oli viihtyisä ja ilmastointi ja siivous huoneissa toimi. Sängyt olivat mukavat ja pyynnöstä saimme tiiliskivien sijaan kunnolliset tyynytkin. Ihania hedelmiä runsaasti aamupalalla ja munakkaat olivat herkullisia!”

    “Beautiful resort with a very laid back vibe. The pool by the beach was spectacular with great people watching and views of the ocean. The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There's a free library by the pool if you've forgotten a book but the selection is small. The entire atmosphere of Railay is great and the resort allows you to soak that in while maintaining a more private, quiet retreat. The rooms were very quiet at night.”

    “Mir hat gefallen, dass das Hotel sehr ruhig und sauber ist; das Personal war sehr freundlich, unsere Koffer wurden ins Zimmer und auch wieder zum Pier gebracht. Pool und Bar sind sehr sauber und genau wie auf den Bildern. Zudem ist die Minibar komplett kostenlos, was sehr geil war: jeden Tag zwei neue Cola, Wasser und Snacks.”

    “We had one of the pool villas, which I can really recommend for a small family. The plunge pool though small had very good Jacuzzi jets, which could massage your back while enjoying the morning coffee sitting in the pool. Service was good, they even refilled the mini bar, which was free of charge every second day. Pick up at the airport was included in the roommate as well and worked flawlessly. If you stay in Railay consider to book the pick up from the airport especially if you have kids and luggage or arrive late or need to leave early in the morning to catch your flight.”
