    “Beautiful Hotel, Stunning Location and Exceptional Staff! I had a wonderful stay at Rixos Downtown Antalya. My renovated room was beautifully designed, with stunning views, an extremely comfortable bed and excellent pillows. The hotel grounds are immaculate, beautifully maintained and exceptionally clean. Location & Surroundings The location is fantastic, particularly if you enjoy beautiful scenery and outdoor activities. A convenient lift takes you directly down to the stunning Konyaaltı Beach area, perfect for jogging, cycling or a leisurely stroll. Just a 5–10 minute walk away are beautiful clifftop bars and restaurants offering spectacular views of the Mediterranean and distant mountains. The hotel’s bike rental service is particularly handy, with Antalya’s charming Old Town (Kaleiçi) only a 15–20 minute cycle away. Exceptional Staff & Dining The staff truly make this hotel special. Everyone is incredibly warm, friendly and attentive. As a vegetarian with gluten-free dietary requirements, I was especially impressed by how the team went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. Special thanks to Kübra, Uğur, Seda , Derya and Deepesh for their outstanding hospitality. The drinks and lounge areas are fantastic, providing a lovely atmosphere to relax and unwind. Spa & Facilities The Anjana Spa is excellent — relaxing, spotlessly clean and offering high-quality treatments. A wonderful place to unwind after exploring Antalya. Booking Experience I booked through Booking.com and really appreciated the combination of AI-powered assistance and access to a real person to help with requests. A fantastic additional service. Minor Improvement The only minor issue was the shower waste trap, which seemed to block quite easily. Nothing significant, but something that could be improved. Overall A beautiful hotel in a superb location, with excellent facilities, breathtaking surroundings and genuinely outstanding staff.”

    “We had a great time all the staff was lovely . Seda went above and beyond for us! She works in reception. Very kind and welcoming staff. The place was so clean and the food was great. We love the AI app to be able to get information and book restaurants and land of legends too, it was a lot easier.”

    “very nice hotel, the rooms are modern and very clean. The service is exceptional, you have plenty of options at the bar on the hotel area and on the beach, live music. Lots of friendly and playful cats on the hotel area and in the park. Also the bike rental service is very nice, you can have a very nice and long beach trip on the bicycle, you have a dedicated bike road 7km long around the beach”

    “An exceptional stay from start to finish! Ceyla M. and her entire team were absolute rockstars, providing amazing hospitality throughout our visit. For an all-inclusive hotel, the food was truly top-notch with an excellent choice of dishes every day. The spa facilities were wonderful and so relaxing. Our room was great, offering a lovely view of both the sea and the mountains. Highly recommend this hotel and we are already looking forward to coming back soon!”
