Das Hotelpersonal war sehr hilfsbereit. Ein junger Mann namens Yusuf hat uns mit dem Gepäck geholfen, er war sehr respektvoll, vielen Dank an ihn! Auch die junge Dame Ons an der Rezeption war wirklich sehr lieb, wir haben uns sehr gern mit ihr unterhalten. Das Reinigungspersonal war ebenfalls sehr freundlich. Wir waren während des starken Regens und der Überschwemmungen dort, aber im Hotel haben wir uns sicher gefühlt. Es war unser erstes Mal in Istanbul, und das Zimmer war sehr bequem. Zu Fuß braucht man von Taksim etwa 15 bis 20 Minuten zum Hotel: erst eine lange Straße und dann bergab zum Hotel. Ansonsten war alles sehr gut! Türkçe: Otel personeli çok yardımseverdi. Yusuf adında bir genç bavullarımızı taşımamıza yardım etti, Allah razı olsun, çok saygılıydı. Resepsiyonda çalışan Ons Hanım da gerçekten çok tatlıydı, onunla sohbet etmekten çok keyif aldık. Kat görevlileri de çok nazikti. Şiddetli yağmur ve sel olduğu sırada oradaydık ama otelde kendimizi güvende hissettik. İstanbul'a ilk gelişimizdi ve oda çok rahattı. Taksim'den otele yürüyerek yaklaşık 15–20 dakika sürüyor: önce uzun bir cadde, sonra otele doğru yokuş aşağı iniyorsunuz. Bunun dışında her şey çok iyiydi!
