A Premier Pool Experience in the Heart of downtown Dubai
10/10
Brainiologist · Friends getaway · 2026-02-16
“The pool at the Address Downtown is easily one of my favorite spots in Dubai. It is perfectly positioned to capture plenty of sun throughout the day, but it’s also temperature-controlled, making it just as enjoyable during the cooler months.
What truly sets this place apart, however, is the excellent service. I’ve had the pleasure of interacting with Arup, Vijay, and Joseph multiple times; they are consistently helpful, professional, and welcoming. Even when the deck is busy, they go out of their way to accommodate me, seamlessly managing bed availability even if I need to move around.
Highlights of the experience:
The Atmosphere: Unlike many other hotel pools in the area, there is no loud, intrusive music. It is a peaceful, sophisticated environment perfect for a relaxing day.
Dining: Food service is prompt and efficient. The menu offers a great selection, including high-quality, healthy options that don't compromise on flavor.
Value: It is well worth the investment for a premium, stress-free experience.
If you’re looking for a refined day by the water with top-tier service, I cannot recommend the Address Downtown enough.”

“We had a wonderful experience here. The view of the Burj Khalifa is absolutely breathtaking — truly something special.
The staff are simply fantastic: incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely helpful. From the moment we arrived, we felt very well taken care of. We were immediately offered cold water in a cooler bag, our sunglasses were cleaned for us, and the lifeguards were extremely attentive, constantly changing their positions depending on where the children were — which made us feel completely safe at all times.
The place is beautiful, very well organized, and feels exceptionally safe, especially for families with children.
I can wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone.
Unfortunately, I don’t remember the names of all the staff members, but I would especially like to mention Vijay, Malvin, and Arup, who did an outstanding job.
A huge thank you to the entire team — you made our stay truly memorable!”
