“We always need an extra hand when travelling alone, a good concierge is the most value added where the loyalty locks to.
Twice at address DM, always accountable. Yahya is resourceful that easily makes your stay happier and less stressful.
It’s easy to find a nice hotel, but hard to find a reliable concierge to save your day. Hope this one could be your help as well. Thank you.”

“A fantastic stay, lovely staff, I have stayed here before, superb location, lift away from the the biggest mall in world. Rooms are clean and a good size.
My Only suggestion would be more tea bags in the room. First morning waking up wanted to make tea for me and my husband and their was only ONE tea bag in the room. I did call and within 5 minutes more tea bag’s were sent up, at least two tea bag’s for your morning drink would be ideal.
Again amazing stay and can’t wait to return”

“I had a wonderful stay at the Address Dubai Mall. The hotel is exceptionally clean, elegant, and offers top-notch service. Every detail reflects luxury and care.
I would like to especially mention Maria, the assistant who made my experience even more enjoyable. She is friendly, always smiling, and genuinely eager to help. Her professionalism and warm attitude truly stand out and made me feel very well taken care of.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, sophistication, and outstanding hospitality.”
