“The location is excellent, and the rooms are quiet. The cleaning services are average; I been out at 9:00 AM and returned at 3:00 PM, and the rooms weren't cleaned until I asked the staff. Bathroom amenities like brushes and some accessories were missing, and the handwashing sink was clogged. The price is extremely, extremely, extremely expensive.”

“They were totally understaffed.
For two days they didn’t fill up the shampoo and conditioner bottles in the bathroom.
We were not even provided enough towels .
My past experiences have been good but this time it was very bad service . The supervisor and reception staff were not interested to listen to the complaints and least bothered and purposely ignoring.”

“This is our regular place to stay whenever we visit Dubai, because of its location, cleanliness, courteous staff, excellent breakfast, room comfort.
Hotel can consider replacing the pillows with more comfortable firm pillows.
Special mention for staffs (Hansika, Hamza and others) at pool who saved my son from drowning, and making feel comfortable after that.
We return to this hotel everytime for excellent services, location, and competitive pricing.”

“What an amazing stay! The hotel staff were incredibly friendly, warm, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Even though we received our rooms a bit late, the team went above and beyond to make it up to us with a complimentary room upgrade and a free buffet dinner — such a thoughtful gesture!
The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. Breakfast was enjoyable, though I would suggest adding some variety, as the spread remained the same throughout our 7-day stay. That said, the staff were always happy to accommodate special requests beyond the buffet, which we really appreciated.
Overall, I truly loved my stay here. The staff were the highlight of the experience — each and every one of them played a part in making our stay memorable. I would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel!”
