The hotel had such an authentic Scottish feel, which we absolutely loved. We were also very kindly upgraded to a different room from the one we originally booked, which made our stay even more special. We felt very welcome and well taken care of throughout our stay. The room and bathroom were amazing, breakfast was delicious, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive.
