    “My sister and I spent a long weekend at Nhow London for the second time for her birthday. What an amazing experience it was : everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The hotel is beautiful, the comfort is exceptional and the atmosphere is wonderful. What truly makes this place special is the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, attentive and professional. We felt so well-looked after throughout our stay. Every little detail was taken care of and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. It is rare to find a hotel where absolutely everything exceeds your expectations! A huge thank you to the entire team for making our "sister getaway" memorable. A very special mention goes to the wonderful hotel manager who is simply outstanding! Such a caring and dedicated person who truly makes a difference. Last but not least, Pamela! She is the kind of person who brightens your day from the very first minute. A real treasure and an absolute gem! We loved every minute and will definitely be back. The lady in the red boots ;-)”
