I loved this hotel, literally told my boyfriend it's one of my favourite hotels I've stayed in. The lighting options in the room were lovely, the best was so comfy, lovely bathroom and really quiet rooms with no traffic disturbance considering the central location.

The hotel is luxurious and stylish, with a lovely atmosphere throughout. We also really enjoyed the spa, which was a highlight of our stay. As someone visiting my hometown of Manchester while now living in Australia, the hotel felt like the perfect base for reconnecting with the city. It had a very distinctly “Manchester” feel, which made the experience especially enjoyable.”

    “Average breakfast for £20 pp,no toast Booked spa for 11.00am to be told they'd forgot to book it and offered a 13.00 slot, not acceptable and for £200 per night i would expect a lot better to be honest,a special anniversary was not enjoyable”
