    “Although requested many months in advance in writing to be placed in a quiet room, we were assigned the nosiest section of the very large hotel. Did not sleep for two nights due to many train whistles and cars getting on and off highway outside our window. Upon checkout I addressed our frustration and requested a price adjustment which was rudely denied. And that’s when the conversation got worse.”
