“We love the Wigwam and enjoyed everything it had to offer for our birthdays! The staff are so welcoming and accommodating! They all helped tremendously with shuttling our group around to the restaurants and the golf course! We loved the firework show, live music and the fire Led show!”
Fix the shower floor. Subway tiles don’t belong on the ground. Way too slippery.

“My favorite thing about the Wigwam are the beds. They are so incredibly comfy. I was last there 16 or so years ago, and I’ve thought about the beds ever since. Will someone email me and tell me where I can get one on those very thin down blankets that are on the beds? They are perfect, and I would really love to have one. Thank you!!! Also, the showers are amazing.”

“The location of this hotel is fantastic! It is right in the heart of everything, but you feel as if you are located on an island retreat. The food was delicious and the spa was incredible. Sadly, the condition of the pool and grounds were not great. Towels and garbage were strewn around the pool when it opened in the morning. Umbrellas were broken, tiles were missing and paint was peeling. In our room the towel hook was on the ground leaving a big hole, one of the bathroom sinks didn't work properly and the bathtub handle fell off when we tried to use it. This resort is sorely in need of proper maintenance.”

“The Wigwam exceeded my expectations and was truly a wonderful Arizona resort experience. The property is beautiful, exceptionally clean and meticulously maintained, with gorgeous Southwestern architecture and landscaping. What impressed me most, however, was the outstanding hospitality. Every person I encountered was genuinely kind, attentive and welcoming.
My stay started with an effortless check-in and an unexpected complimentary room upgrade. I was also traveling with a Tesla that needed charging, and the valet team immediately moved my vehicle to the front of the line and took care of everything for me. It was a wonderful first impression and a great example of the service I experienced throughout my stay.
I especially enjoyed the adults-only Oasis Pool. Another fantastic amenity is the golf-cart transportation throughout the resort. Staff will pick you up and take you anywhere on the property, which was incredibly convenient during the Arizona summer heat.
One of the highlights of my trip was the Summer Sampler at LeMonds Aveda Salon & Spa. It was the perfect day of pampering — a wonderful massage and facial, relaxing by the beautiful spa pool, a lovely fresh salad for lunch, and finishing with a wash and style. Everyone at the spa was exceptional. Pauline, who did my hair, was especially kind and sweet and made the perfect ending to a relaxing day.
I also really enjoyed the Wigwam Bar. Amber was a fabulous bartender and server, and Gabriel, the manager, was exceptional. They were very accommodating of my low-carb request and happily substituted fresh vegetables for rice.
The Wigwam offers everything I look for in a resort — beautiful surroundings, spacious and comfortable accommodations, wonderful pools and spa facilities, great food and, most importantly, exceptional service.
I left feeling relaxed, pampered and genuinely impressed with the entire experience. I would absolutely return to The Wigwam and highly recommend it to anyone considering an Arizona getaway!”

“I would not return to the Wigwam. The hotel and rooms are so outdated. My room fixtures, including the bathroom, and furniture was from another century. At a minimum the hotel needs a major renovation.”

“My daughter and I recently spent a one-night staycation here and were so impressed by the property’s charm. The casita-style accommodations were quaint, cozy, and spotlessly clean, making our short stay feel especially relaxing. While our schedule didn't allow us enough time to fully dive into the extensive list of on-site amenities, the beautiful setting and warm, welcoming staff left a great first impression.
Our only hiccups came down to dining flexibility. As a weeknight guest, it would have been wonderful to have food options available past 10 PM. Additionally, due to a dairy allergy, we ultimately had to skip breakfast on-site because of the limited dairy-free choices.
It's a wonderful resort with top-tier service, and with a few more accommodating dining tweaks—especially for late hours and dietary needs—it would be an absolute 10/10 staycation spot!”

What truly stood out, though, was the service. Every staff member we interacted with—across the pool, bar, spa, and restaurants—was warm, attentive, and helpful.
