    “My husband and I spent 8 days at this hotel. What we liked most, and what really made our stay great, was the staff. Everyone is super friendly and welcoming, from the front desk to the breakfast and housekeeping staff. The rooms were clean and comfortable; we also took advantage of the pool and hot tub. The location is good with walkability to restaurants in Barrio Hollywood. You can walk to the university and downtown area, but you need to be aware of your surroundings, especially at night.”

    “I really wanted to love our stay since we were visiting for a birthday celebration. Unfortunately, at check-in we were given a room code to a room that was already occupied, which was very surprising and concerning to say the least. Thankfully, the second staff member who helped us was very helpful, apologized for the previous staff member who checked us in and quickly gave us another room. The couches in the new room were dirty and the bathroom sink had an unpleasant smell, but we decided to make the best of it and enjoy our plans. I later discovered I was charged Twice for my stay. Unbelievable. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and unfortunately, I would not return to this location.”
