    “I stayed here about two years ago, but since I only stayed overnight, I didn’t have much of an impression of the place. I accidentally booked this hotel again this time without realizing I had stayed here before. As soon as I arrived, I remembered it. The staff were friendly, which I appreciated. However, the overall condition of the property was disappointing. The facilities seem outdated and poorly maintained. The carpet smelled as if it hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time, and the bathroom had a leaking fixture and a dirty door. The bedding also had an old, musty smell. Even the swimming pool had litter in it, making it look as though it hadn’t been properly cleaned or maintained. While the staff were pleasant, friendliness alone cannot make up for poor cleanliness and deteriorating facilities. Honestly, I have to question whether this hotel truly deserves a 4-star rating. I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness, maintenance, and overall quality. Unfortunately, this stay was disappointing, and I hope management takes these issues seriously and makes meaningful improvements.”
