    “The hotel in on a main busy road and is NOISY, even at night and early mornings. It's across the street from an LA Fitness and a large outdoor mall. The folks working at the hotel are unprofessional. It's as if none of them have any hospitality experience. If you need something, anything, you have to ask 2-3 times. Even to have your room made up. The $25 breakfast in an odd, small, roped off area consisting of cocktail tables, is a joke. Don't waste your time. Uber or drive to Breakfast Republic or Blueberry Social. WAYYY better. And some mechanicals didn't work in the room, causing repairs and delay. Just a poor experience overall.”

    “Central location and close to a lot of eateries and shopping. Pulling in, valet service is upfront and the self park is in a parking garage across the way. Ticketing system is a bit wonky with needing to pull a ticket each time at the garage and then validating it with the valet. Check in was straightforward. Room was consistent with the AC Hotel brand, clean, modern, minimalistic, and fairly priced. During our stay it seemed some kind of sporting tournament was going on as there were a lot of families, but we did not notice any noise from the kids running around the halls. Gym was decently appointed with the pool right outside of the gym overlooking the business complex across the street. Always can count on AC Hotels delivering, and the Irvine location did just that.”
