We embarked on a wonderful road trip through California, including Lake Tahoe, and had the opportunity to stay at some of the most luxurious hotels along the way. With complete sincerity, we can say that this hotel was one of the most beautiful. The location is simply unparalleled, and what truly sets the hotel apart is the incredible attention to detail. Our room was magnificent, with breathtaking ocean views, a spacious and exceptionally comfortable bathroom, and every amenity one could possibly expect from a truly luxurious hotel. The entire team was incredibly kind and attentive. A special thank you goes to Hansel, who welcomed us impeccably and made us feel truly cared for from the very beginning. We would also like to mention the restaurant team, whose service was exceptionally professional and added to the overall experience. The only small detail we missed was the evening turndown service, which we would have expected from a hotel of this category. Other than that, our stay was truly fantastic. It was an extraordinary experience, and a place we will remember fondly and would wholeheartedly recommend.”
