    “The hotel was excellent. Very good and accommodating staff and was readily available when needed. The pool and jacuzzi were very clean. We booked 2 rooms and the one room was very spacious.”

    “This pricey hotel is definitely not worth the stay. After paying nearly $400 a night, we arrived only to be told that the rooms we booked were on the noisy side facing the street and that we would have to pay an extra $30/night to upgrade. On top of that, they force you to pay $30/night for valet parking, even though the hotel is outside of downtown where parking isn't an issue. Later, I used the gym, but there was no staff around to assist with the lockers, so I left my sandals on a shelf in the corner. I accidentally forgot them, and when I returned, they were gone. Management took zero responsibility for the missing item. Overall, this place offers poor service and is completely overpriced for what you get. To top it off, the breakfast quality is far below average.”
