Our recent four-night stay at Parker Palm Springs was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, it was clear this property delivers a level of hospitality that is both effortless and highly personalized. The setting is iconic — lush, whimsical, and impeccably maintained... but what truly sets the Parker apart is its people. Chris and Fred are the incredible Concierges and were absolute standouts. Thoughtful, intuitive and incredibly well-connected... they curated experiences for us that elevated our entire stay. Every recommendation was spot-on, and their genuine warmth made us feel like VIPs from start to finish. Daniel at the front entrance welcomed us each day with such positive energy and professionalism... a small but meaningful touch that never went unnoticed. At the front desk, Alexis was gracious, polished and efficient, ensuring every detail of our stay was seamless. The Parker strikes that rare balance between luxury and personality. It is sophisticated without being pretentious and truly relaxed without sacrificing service. It’s a place you don’t just visit… you experience. We will absolutely be back, and next time, for even longer!

  • The sad decline of a landmark property...

“Years ago, this was a go-to place in Palm Springs. Unfortunately, my wife, son & I visited this past week and the property has gone downhill and I can no longer recommend staying here. The Parker used to be the charming best-of-the-60's glamour spot in the desert - it was the closer-to-LA stop for Hollywoodites before driving all the way to the La Quinta Resort, but for years clearly the Parker's rooms have not been updated or cared for - the carpets are worn, the faucets leak, the shutters are peeling, concrete pillars around the property are cracked and listing to one side. We walked the hallway to our room and the firedoor had cracks running the height of it. It's like visiting your 70 year old grandmother and discovering her in a worn dressing gown, no make-up and flip-flops. On a positive note, the gardens are still beautiful and the staff (front desk, concierge, catering & Norma's) is still lovely. Probably the worst part of the experience, though, was sitting in the garden with our 4-month old and realizing that there were live, capped electrical wires just dangling for a bush inches from his head. We wrote to the Managing Director about this and he read our email and didn't even respond (it's been a week). I think enough said. We hope the property gets new management and invests in the hard product, since the soft product is still pretty good. In the future, my family is going back to La Quinta Resort.”

  • Exceptional stay - than you Tatiana!

“From the moment you arrive, the Parker feels like a private paradise – beautiful gardens, stylish design, calm pools and a relaxed but luxurious vibe. It’s glamorous without trying too hard and instantly makes you feel at home. What really makes this hotel special, though, is the people – especially Tatiana, Head of Sales, who is quite simply the most welcoming and exceptional person you could ever hope to meet. She didn’t just look after us, she made us feel truly special. Her warmth, kindness and genuine care for guests is something you rarely find anywhere in the world. If you’re coming to the Parker, ask for Tatiana. She will make your stay unforgettable and you won’t want to go anywhere else. The food, rooms, service and grounds are all wonderful, but Tatiana is what turns a great hotel into an extraordinary one. We can’t recommend the Parker Palm Springs highly enough and will absolutely be back. Thank you, Tatiana, and thank you Parker – you’ve set a new standard for hospitality.”

  • Funky upscale mid-century modern hotel

    8/10

“Interesting place. If you are looking for opulent luxury this is probably not for you. I’m a Ritz girl myself so this was a very different experience. The decor is mid-century modern and the lobby reminded me of a posh living room in the 60’s or early 70’s. The staff are attentive but the prices are high and the place is starting to show its age. The landscape is kept up very nicely. The PSYC spa has a different feel as it is decorated like an old fashioned yacht club. There are 2 medium size outdoor pools (one adults only) and an indoor saline pool inside the spa. Our room was minimally decorated except for the over the top bathroom with higher end toiletries. We had a patio with a hammock but unfortunately no one had cleaned it so I didn’t go out there. Food was expensive and mediocre. Drinks were good 😊”

“We loved the overall vibe of this hotel — classic Palm Springs with a mid-century, bohemian feel. The staff were warm, friendly, and genuinely attentive, which really set a positive tone for the stay. The grounds are beautiful and relaxing, and the pools have a great energy without feeling overcrowded. The room itself was adequate for a short stay, and at $250 per night on a Black Friday deal, it felt like fair value. However, like many hotels these days, the extras add up quickly. The $50 resort fee, $50 parking, and $50 in taxes pushed the real cost closer to $400 per night. On top of that, cocktail prices were steep at around $30, sunscreen was $32, and even two Advil cost $5 — small charges that start to feel a bit excessive. Overall, we enjoyed the atmosphere and would stay again, but only at a discounted rate. Next time we’ll bring our own drinks, our own pain relief, and probably park on the street!”

  • Definitely staying here on my next visit to Palm Springs

    10/10

    ALuckyDog · Family · 2025-11-06

“This resort has it all--decor, landscaping, service. Like much of Palm Springs, the Parker leans into the mid-century modern aesthetic, but it doesn't go so far as to feel overdone and kitschy. The grounds are thoughtfully landscaped and provide quiet, shaded nooks to escape the heat as well as open spaces to soak up the sun. I, especially, liked the indoor and outdoor fireplaces/pits. Across the board, service was friendly and professional.”

  • A two star motel like experience at a luxury price.

    2/10

    T4074DXjh · Family · 2025-10-28

“Yuck. The room was terrible and terribly overpriced. A 2 star motel-level experience. They charged over $3,000 for the night for a "villa" complete with all sorts of paint issues, marks on the wall, a dirty sink, bunched up buckling carpet, a sofa that smelled foul, a loud frequently cycling AC, and AC vents that looked like they've never been cleaned. On top of this, they had a huge wedding party booked this evening with loud music continuing beyond midnight. The front desk lady didn't know where the villa was located so she had to ask someone who also didn't know where it was and who got lost leading us to it. The property is huge and sprawling, with dirt paths everywhere, like a maze. I would market this at a low-end motel. I won't be back.”

  • Unforgettable Wedding Thanks to Randy, Samantha, and the entire team at Parker

“We had the most incredible experience hosting our wedding weekend at Parker Palm Springs! From the very beginning, Randy and Samantha were an absolute dream to work with—professional, responsive, and so thoughtful every step of the way. They truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, from our first venue walk-through to the tasting and the big weekend itself. Every detail felt intentional, and they always found ways to surprise us with little touches that made us feel extra special. The Parker’s unique atmosphere and impeccable service created the perfect backdrop for our celebration, and our guests couldn’t stop raving about the experience. We’re so grateful to Randy, Samantha, and the entire team for helping us create a weekend we’ll never forget.”

  • The Parker Palm Springs — iconic design, lush gardens, top spa, and playful luxury for couples and families.

    10/10

    Camper62939088969 · Family · 2025-10-16

“The Parker Palm Springs nails playful desert luxury every time. Mornings start at Norma’s (smoothie of the day, add rum — trust me) with their eggs benny and sunny vibes. Poolside rooms are the move — it feels private but with five-star service on standby. The spa is a standout: cucumber-vodka shot on arrival, chic nautical design, and an indoor pool that’s equally perfect mid-summer or on a rare rainy day. Amenities include clay tennis courts, new pickleball courts, a world-class spa, and three restaurants that keep the energy fun yet elevated. Evenings mean martinis at the Mini Bar, dinner at Mister Parker’s (yes, dress up), and the bone-marrow candle you’ll never forget. If you know, you know — end with the foie gras macarons at Counter Reformation. As the owner of a luxury travel firm, I love sending clients here. Effortless, iconic, and exactly how Palm Springs should feel. ✨”

  • Parker - no longer worth the price

“Front desk management was awful, slow and not accommodating. Took forever to respond back with simple requests. Found Alexis (front desk manager) very condescending and not welcoming. Very transactional and not a good first or last impression. There are some great people that work there. Ray at the pool, Jose and Vanessa at normas’s, Daniel and all the bellman are great— the nicest people on property! Villa was great, double room was not (elevator broken and more like a motel room). Property is gorgeous but rooms no longer worth the price.”

“At a moment when most boutique hotels are bland and without distinctive style, it’s nice to come to the Parker. The Jonathan Adler interiors are highly opinionated and still hold up from a design perspective. The grounds are beautiful and provide great protection from the heat. As Palm Springs hotels go it’s definitely the most stylish and true to Palm Springs form. Is it on par with true luxury resorts? No - but those luxury resorts rarely have the confident style or history.”
