“We were so impressed with Hotel Alpenrock, the property is spotless, from the lobby to the rooms, and you can tell the team takes real pride in keeping everything pristine. The staff was wonderfully attentive.
We loved the grab-go selection, delicious, convenient and great for slow mornings!”
Be careful where your room is located and watch for extra charges that inflate the room cost greatly.

“We had such a lovely time during our visit. From the moment we arrived, everyone made us feel genuinely welcomed. The rooms were in pristine condition, and the staff overall was attentive and great, truly top notch. We had dinner at Edwin one night, and it was just wonderful. Great food, not rushed, perfect, and truly great service. It felt relaxed and special at the same time. We also spent time at Carter. The vibe was fun and comfortable, and Chris behind the bar was awesome: friendly, attentive, and just a joy to chat with. To wrap up our stay, we visited The Canary, and it honestly felt like the perfect grand finale. Beautiful space, fantastic service, and such a memorable experience. It was the best way to end our trip. We will definitely be back!”

“I love the Hotel Alpenrock. I have stayed several times and it seems to keep just getting better. The renovation is fantastic. The staff is attentive. The staff at the front door is one of the best I’ve ever seen. The rooms are clean and overall it’s a great location and a great experience. I highly recommend it and plan to come back often!”

“Our stay at Alpenrock in Breckenridge exceeded expectations from the moment we arrived. The standout of our experience was the exceptional valet service from Mike Brown, who was friendly, efficient, and seemed to anticipate our every need before we even had to ask. His attention to detail set the tone for a fantastic stay.
The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with contemporary, high-end custom furnishings that make the rooms feel both luxurious and welcoming. Housekeeping did an excellent job each day, keeping our room spotless and smelling fresh throughout our visit.
We especially enjoyed the hotel's hot tubs after long days hiking in the mountains. Having plush robes and slippers provided in the room made it easy to head over and relax in comfort.
For a quick treat, the café was perfect. Whether grabbing a sweet indulgence or something on the go, it was a convenient and enjoyable option.
One of the unexpected highlights was the free live music offered on weekends in the main bar area. It created a lively atmosphere and was a great way to unwind in the evenings.
We also discovered The Canary, the hidden speakeasy tucked inside the main restaurant. It's a fantastic spot for a nightcap. Be sure to ask for Eric. He crafted one of the best Old Fashioneds we've had and made for a memorable end to each day.
Between the outstanding service, luxury accommodations, relaxing amenities, and unique dining and entertainment options, Alpenrock delivered an exceptional mountain getaway. We will absolutely stay here again on our next visit to Breckenridge.

“The room was great! Very large and spacious. No complaints!
The restaurant was probably the worst service we have had in a decade. It was as if there was no one with any restaurant experience actually working there! We did get seated with menus. Then no one came for 15 minutes. And we didn’t even see any workers in the dining rooms at all! We had to get up and walk back to the kitchen to see if anyone was working! We discovered a buffet in the corner that we had not been told about, so we weren’t sure if that was available, or if it was private service for a group that was also dining there (they were all wearing lanyards, so we believe they were together) Once someone came to our table and took our order, the food came fairly quickly. It was pretty good.
We said we were done, and our plates got cleared- and then we were again ignored! After ten minutes, we had to get up again in search of someone to provide us a check! This included asking our server, who didn’t acknowledge us talking to her.
It wasn’t even busy, so I have no idea how this restaurant stays in business!
I would recommend the hotel, but stay away from the restaurant.”

“Great experience recently at this hotel. It can be confusing getting to your room but you definitely get your steps in!
Huge fitness room. Hotel was clean.
Valet was efficient and pleasant each time we needed to leave the hotel. Enjoyed food/service at the Carter our last night. We visited the Speakeasy but had to wait 30 min after our reservation. Liked the location and would recommend this hotel for others!”
