    “there was a $35 daily fee for service. They did not do a good job of explaining the purpose of the fee. Also the parking fee was $55 a day!”

  • Snooty for no reason. I’ve been to a bunch of nicer hotels that treated me like a queen. The energy is cold and rude.

    “Clean and comfortable room even though the square footage seemed too small at 345 sq ft or so for a king bedroom. I thoroughly enjoyed the room and breakfasts.”

    “Be prepared to pay $55.00 to park and $38.00 for a 5:00-6:00 wine, champagne and light snacks. This also cover $15.00 for two people at breakfast, not each $15.00, combined. The fee is charged even if you don’t use it which we did not. You cannot opt out of this charge.”

    “The front desk staff was AMAZING BEAUTIFUL ROOM Only small issue the boiler for hotel was too small - not enough hot water gift the tub - at 3 am it was hot enough - telling not strong enough or needs to be hottestat peak times - other than that an amazing property!!”
