    “This was not worth $200 and I will never be staying here again. Terrible check-in experience. I have a long commute so booked here to save myself some driving time. The automated messages were extremely unclear. Hours for the main lines were not posted. I was on hold on the main line for over half an hour before I tried the “after hours” line. On hold for another 10 minutes before I got in touch with someone. They claimed to have sent me a link to check in, I never received it. Over that waiting period I found the original “check in” message, which looked exactly like the “please give us your contact info” message, and filled it out. Another twenty minutes or so, I call back, on hold for 10, i get through to the same guy. He verifies I have submitted my information and says “No worries we’ll get you into a room here shortly”. I get a text saying they’ll let me know when my room is ready (???). Twenty ish minutes later I call AGAIN to follow up and after a couple minutes of quiet work he says “Okay! You’re good to go, you should be receiving your confirmation now :)” I got to the hotel at 7:20 and didnt get into my room until 9:20. I should have just driven home and saved myself the money, but I was already there and I was still holding out for the continental breakfast. I was deeply disappointed that breakfast was a small display of muffins and bagels alongside a Keurig machine.”
