“Abdul at the lobby’s restaurant has such a great spirit! He’s so caring and always has a smile as he’s serving. Not to mention he’s one funny guy too with his one liners. He made sure my family and I were well taken care of and my coffee cup was never below half full. Amazing guy! I wish more people had the same level of energy in customer service roles. We are looking forward to seeing him again tomorrow. Everyone should get a lesson in Customer Service & Experience from Abdul.”

We also liked the bathroom setup, which had a clean and modern walk-in shower instead of a bathtub. A special thanks to Ravi, who assisted us during check-in and was very helpful and friendly. “We arrived around 9 PM after a long day travelling from New York to Philadelphia and then to Washington DC, our kids were already very tired. Thankfully, the check-in process was incredibly quick and smooth. Ravi at the reception was so kind, welcoming, and helpful.
He gave us a map and even took the time to explain the area, including recommended cafés, places to eat, and other useful tips for our stay. It was exactly the kind of warm welcome we needed after a tiring journey.
