“The hotel itself was nice but the timeshare presentation was horrible.! Old ridiculous sales tactics from the salesmen at the destin florida location. A young kid named Austin and his boss were acting so nice at first, of course, then unloaded alot of lies about their timeshare package telling us there are no extra hidden fees. Haha, nice try. Then they were incredibly rude when we declined to buy one. The timeshare is a complete rip off. Don't do it. They will lock you in with fees for life.”

“I was just on a weekend getaway but it was great! Clean and relaxing with a beautiful view. Only negative thing is that I was scheduled to take a tour of the property at noon and they told me that I couldn't do it due to some technicality. Something about too many people from my area have already signed up. Anyhow, other than that I've had a lovely time. Thank y'all.”

“We check in and we get bombarded as usual with some BS. Don't want to do anything but stay with what we bought 20 years ago. This place does not have a balcony in the room. It's an entrance into your room. No balcony. My picture is the view from our room only. Beach blocked by this Seascaoe thst is not Wyndham.
A barely view of the beach around the real Seascape.
Bathroom dirty with mold. They call you each day trying to get you to upgrade to the next BS.
Do not stay or book with a blocked view at the Wyndham Seascape. We are leaving 5 days early and driving home 10 hours.
What a joke of a Wyndham hotel in Panama Miramar Beach.
So disappointed 😞

“We were gifted a stay at the Wyndham Club at Miramar Beach, FL. It was very nice. The room was great, it was mostly quiet the whole week. There was plenty of room. We had a view from our balcony of the water and enjoyed listening to the waves crashing. The parking was good and the walk to the beach was maybe 5 minutes.”

“The hotel is nice. We are owners and our room was very nice and clean. We enjoyed our stay except for when they kept bothering us to sit through one of their meetings. They have to leave people alone when they go on vacation they called my phone 10 times text me this is harassment, and deter me from wanting to come to these places because you have to sit through these people talking to you who just wanna be on vacation I wish to do something else.not a happy owner”
