“Die Lage direkt am Strand ist toll, Liegen und Handtücher sind nicht aufzuzahlen - super! Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr sehr freundlich Insgesamt ist alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen, was in Key West aber anscheinend normal ist.”
Perfect location. Staff is excellent. Undergoing renovations so limited in some respects.

Great poolside staff - helpful towel dudes; fantastic poolside drinks/ lunch lady (must walk miles and miles per day!). Super helpful and friendly reception team.”

“We stayed for three days and, overall, the hotel has a lot to offer. The location is excellent, and the property has very good facilities, including restaurants, comfortable spaces to relax with the children, and convenient concierge services. The overall structure is well suited for families and makes the stay very convenient.”
I don’t think I would go back and stay in the same hotel.

“My wife and I stayed at The Reach for our anniversary and had a wonderful experience. The location is fantastic—close enough to everything in Key West while still feeling relaxing and peaceful. The staff was friendly throughout our stay, but Susan at the front desk truly stood out. She went above and beyond to help me sort out my charges for the week and made the entire process easy and stress-free. Her professionalism and genuine kindness made our anniversary trip even more enjoyable. Thank you, Susan, and the entire team for a memorable stay!”

“Stayed here late June 2026 for one night just to see Key West. Overall the location is nice because it has a private beach and is on the quiet side of the island, everything is within walking distance… if you are ok with walking. I kind of had high expectations being a Curio Collection property and I was a little disappointed, but not necessarily the hotels fault. There was abundant seaweed/sargassum all along the beaches and it reeked, terribly. Again, not the hotels fault, but maybe a time of year thing? Good to know for the future to try and avoid the middle of summer. Overall the hotel is cute, decent sized rooms, and very nice people. They were very gracious with complimentary water as it was so hot. My only real disappointment is the bed size, double beds instead of queen. It worked for a night, but more than 2 people and it’s a tight fit. There were some minor cosmetic issues with the bedside table/power outlet areas, but overall it’s a cute place. They had very nice sand sculptures for the America 250 celebrations as well, which was a nice surprise!”
