“I came to have breakfast and brought my mom and dad, we were delighted as usual, Isabella’s Restairant has become our favorite place to have breakfast in Miami! The service is always excellent, this time we had Nico as our server and he exceeded our expectations, as usual visitors to luxury hotels and restaurants, we can honestly say that this one is top notch..! Highly recommended”

“We stated at this hotel during the World Cup. It was mostly excellent but one incident let it down. It would start by saying that the hotel itself is amazing, the beds are tremendously comfortable. We booked very late so ended up having to get a standard room and the view wasn’t very good so I would recommend ensuring you don’t book the lowest rooms. The view in the pictures, it’s 100% on me for booking so late though. The restaurant was lovely, food was great and the restaurant staff and the pool staff were super nice and friendly. Mostly the front desk were nice except for one thing that happened. I enquired about late check out as we had a late departure and the front desk quoted me $350. I said I’d return in the morning as I needed to check my actual flight times to see if it was worth doing. When I did I was told that a note had been made on my account of the quoted price just in case I tried to get it cheaper. Why would I do that it was never about the amount more whether I could justify spending more than 50% of the room rate if it was only for a few hours?. I felt like that isn’t acceptable behaviour at a hotel like this judging me like that. It was just rude and unnecessary. The Coconut Grove area was nice and safe feeling, the pool area is nice and the food was excellent.”

“We had a fantastic breakfast at Isabelle’s at The Ritz-Carlton Coconut Grove. The service was impeccable from start to finish. Our server Lori was warm, attentive, and made our morning feel special, while food runners Carlos and Sailen kept everything flowing seamlessly with genuine smiles. The food was delicious, fresh, beautifully prepared, and the perfect way to start the day. We love coming here and can’t recommend it enough!

“This is an excellent hotel with great customer service. The Front desk staff were so friendly and helpful, especially Christina and Raiza. Steve and Mikael were also great as porters and bellmen. Very clean rooms, nice lobby, free coffee in the morning, and very close to Biscayne Bay and nice parks. Lots of good restaurants within walking distance.”

“This is my first time using Ritz Carlton Coconut grove, "I had a wonderful stay, largely thanks to the incredible team at the front desk! From the moment I arrived, they were welcoming and offered a warm smile. Daliana and Vedant were helpful with check-in, making us feel home , Daliana and Vedant service was the real highlight. Exceptional service! The front desk Daliana highly professional and efficient, Ritz cocunt grove An absolute oasis! From the moment we arrived, the valet and front desk staff made us feel like royalty. The room was immaculate and boasted stunning views of the city, The concierge Marjoire went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, we also enjoyed the outstanding service at the pool , overall Outstanding experience. Impeccable service, stylish, I will definitely be back”

“I travel frequently for work and stay in a wide range of hotels, so exceptional customer service truly stands out to me. There have been times I’ve chosen not to return to a property based solely on a poor service experience.
Christina Strong, who checked me in, was outstanding. I’ve rarely encountered someone as genuinely kind, attentive and professional. When my room wasn’t ready, she personally walked me to the pool and later came back to deliver my room keys - such a thoughtful touch that made a lasting impression. I wish every check-in experience was like this.
The pool staff were equally wonderful —friendly, attentive and welcoming.
While the hotel itself could benefit from a bit of a refresh, the team more than makes up for it. I would absolutely return because of the people, who truly make this place shine.”

“I'm a 2026 bride who booked a hotel block for my wedding at this hotel and I cannot say enough fantastic things about this hotel! The team here is incredible -- experts at what they do, and always supportive and helpful when needed. Their attention to detail is second to none. Rooms are spacious, clean, and most have been recently renovated. Housekeeping at this hotel is very thorough.
The food and service at Isabelle's is excellent, as well as at the pool club bar. We actually had our rehearsal dinner at Isabelle's and our guests raved about the experience. Their outdoor dining atmosphere is beautiful. And you're a short 8 minute walk to Coco Walk and the heart of Coconut Grove!
If you're thinking of staying or having an major event in Coconut Grove, Brickell, Key Biscayne or Coral Gables area, this hotel should be your first and only stop!”

“The property is nicely manicured and all the staff members we were in contact with were excellent. They went of there way to be friendly and welcoming. We only stayed one evening as we were leaving the next day out of Miami airport . The overall hotel appears a bit tired especially the room. There were scuffs in the floor. Also, since I used miles for our room, we were placed on a much lower floor with what I heard above there maintenance area which at times was noisy. We went to the bar for a drink before dinner and the team was outstanding. Very kind and engaging and offered some nice drink options. I tried calling room service for morning coffee and the phones did not work ( old technology). Overall not the Ritz experience I had come to expect.”
