“Do not stay here. We were overcharged. I even had Agoda send proof of our full payment as Innisbrook accounting showed a lower amount received. 3 days of trying, 3 days of starting over with endless prompts trying to get to someone. I never got through to someone who could actually help me. What should have been an easy fix has been so frustrating. Don't get entangled in this.”

“It took an hour and a half to check in, I was over charged and am still getting extra charges. I have to file a fraud report and get. a new business card to get the charges to stop. It was cute but the rooms are very old.”

“We have visited for our first time. This is a large resort with many outdoor activities. Our interests were for golf. Wè are here on a golf package. We have played the Island course and the South course. Extremely friendly staff. We would like to return when the Copperhead course reopens.”

“We had a great time on our trip to Innisbrook over the 4th of July. Christine, Heather, and Emin provided great service out at the pool. Chef Krista served great food for lunch. On Friday night, the fireworks show was amazing. On Saturday night, we ate at Market Salamander Grill for dinner, and also had great food there and a wonderful time. Justin called beforehand to make sure our reservation was set correctly, and Allissah was a wonderful server. We will definitely be going back.”

“Always so much fun at Loch Ness and it is great to always see Christine and Heather who I’ve seen for the past 27 years! Newer addition Emin who now has been great for the past 4 years at Loch Ness although I know he’s been with Innisbrook much longer. Claire Laseter also is an asset. She makes sure nothing is missed and checks in to see if I need anything! All deserve recognition for the outstanding service they provide”

“The location was very convenient for us, and we loved the quiet atmosphere and charm of the resort. The grounds were beautiful and meticulously maintained. The rooms were not quite what we expected -- more like efficiency apartments than "suites" -- but our room was clean and comfortable with a great view of the lake and the golf course beyond. My wife had a wonderful experience at the spa while I played the South course -- we both enjoyed our leisure. The staff was very friendly and helpful.”

“It is lovely. Nice place for couples or families. We got a room for two nights and never left the resort. Would have appreciated a small frig in our room which would be absolutely needed if you have little ones but many different types of rentals here. The golf was OK. We drove about and some of the greens looked amazing. But some looked battered and fried. We played South and it is picturesque but in need of maintenance.
Natalie at the osprey bar makes an amazing martini.
Friends visited the packard restaurant and said the food was good but service slow.
It had old world charm for sure. Thanks to Vince for lovely coffee each morning and an amazing breakfast sandwich.
