“Our overnight stay at Eau Palm Beach was absolutely incredible! My mom and I enjoyed every moment, from the luxurious spa services to the exceptional food and outstanding hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and cared for.
We especially loved relaxing at the adults-only pool—it was the perfect peaceful escape. Dinner was a highlight, and the talented piano player at Angle created such a beautiful atmosphere that made the evening even more memorable.
Every detail of the resort is thoughtfully designed, and the amenities are truly first class. We left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and already looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommend Eau Palm Beach for anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable getaway!”

“I expected a lot from this resort and boy do they deliver!
First of all, the employees are above outstanding. There was no one that we ran into that was not friendly, efficient and really cared about our stay. This was not your traditional resort where everybody is nice but they sort of look right past you. But one that you actually feel like you want to talk with them and are truly interested in each other as people. So warm and inviting! Loved the vibe.
The entire hotel is above spotless, from the moment we walked in the door we knew we had come to a special place. I loved the lobby area, which was really more like a living room. You felt comfortable sitting around having a cocktail, or playing a game of cards or just people watching. Everything is intimate.
Our room was perfect. It overlooked the ocean and was also spotless. The bedding was outstanding as well as all the amenities.
We ate at each of the restaurants and they were all very good. Again, outstanding service. I regret not going to the spa but didn’t have the time. I will definitely do that next time as it looked very pretty and peaceful.
The pools were great again with outstanding service. I couldn’t find a fault in any portion of this hotel if I tried.
The resort is in a great location. It is very uncrowded feeling and within 15 minutes of downtown Palm Beach, where there are more restaurants. But we chose to stay mostly at the resort because we really liked it. I can’t wait to come back someday and highly recommend everyone try it.”

“My wife and I live local and went to the Eau to enjoy live music with Arturo Romay. We had no idea the extraordinary evening ahead, including a guitar talent like we’ve never experienced. Our planned one hour evening quickly turned to three.
Not only were we blessed by Arturo’s extraordinary music, during his break he was kind enough to share stories of how he came to develop his deep love for guitar starting in Venezuela. We quickly learned that far beyond his talent, Arturo is a special human being. We will not forget this unexpected evening. Thank you Arturo and the Eau.

“Absolutely amazing experience at the Eau!!! The salon was wonderful. Rosa was my hair stylist and she made me feel at home with hot coffee and yummy treats while she styled my hair.
The hotel was beautiful.
My room was quiet, perfect temperature, with a great view/ balcony. All of tts staff were accommodating and offered a customized experience offering champagne on arrival and fresh water with fruit at every turn.
Selena at the front desk was outstanding.
She was friendly and professional!
Our conference was outstanding!!!

“Service was everything here. Spa was exceptional except for the guests with poor spa etiquette. They were so loud we could hear them down the hall in the sauna with the door closed. Could recite entire conversations I heard from the quiet room with “Shhhh” written all over the doors. Not the spa’s fault obviously but even after advising them that the party was disturbing the peace of other guests, they failed to quiet them down. I get the impression that these are locals who are their bread and butter rather than hotel guests. Food was not as good as I expected but the exquisite service and facilities everywhere made it a lovely trip. Ease of travel to the airport was a definite plus for a weekend getaway.”

“I did not stay at the hotel and only visited the Spa today for the first time.
The spa is exceptional! The level of service is what you would expect at a truly high-end experience. Everyone was extremely professional, from being greeted, to being shown the facilities, the little details, like the champagne afterwards in the relaxation room, and the exceptional amenities all made my day absolutely perfect.
I fully used the spa: the steam room, Jacuzzi with ceiling to floor rain, shower, and then finishing off with the vanity area which had everything I needed to complete my visit.
I also enjoyed a light lunch at the adjoining café.
My massage therapist was also excellent and listened to my concerns.
I cannot wait to go back!”

“This is a beautiful hotel for a luxurious and relaxing get-away.
We stayed in an ocean view room on the 5th floor. The highlight for me was the balcony with a table and two chairs from which we had a pool/ocean view. We enjoyed sitting there having our morning tea/coffee and evening cocktails. The room and bathroom were also very comfortable and beautiful. We appreciated having a tea/coffee maker in the room as well as a mini-fridge that was kept stocked with Fiji water. The Wi-Fi worked well. Housekeeping did a great job and brought us turn-down chocolates that were very tasty.
The hotel lobby and pool areas are all very beautiful and the staff helpful. We had drinks at the bar in Nobu (shout out to Jessica the amazing bar tender). We also ate lunch at Stir, one dinner at Breeze and one dinner at Angle. Overall the food was good, but we thought the service at Angle was a bit slow. The staff at the pool were also great with helping me find a lounge chair in a shaded area (my preference) when I went to the pool. Although the pool was busy on a couple of days no problem getting a lounge chair.
We thought the prices for food and drinks were high within the hotel, but were expecting it based on the room prices and having looked at the menus online. There are some lower price-level restaurants within walking distance that we also tried. We had a good dinner at Art Basil (Italian restaurant) in the shopping center across the street from the hotel and brunch at Dune Deck Cafe (beach-front bar/diner) a short walk up the beach.”

“this hotel has beautiful grounds, nice restaurants and adequate rooms It needs to totally revamp its front desk operations. Check-in was a disaster. The hotel did not honor the five star alliance package. Though it was 7 PM at night and an upgrade was available, I was advised it was not cleaned. They could however, offer an upgrade that was $800 more expensive. when I showed some hesitation, they offered to negotiate this fee. They contended and that the upgrade was available, though it wasn’t cleaned therefore they did not have to provide an upgrade. The hotel is pretty empty. It seems like the front desk employees know very little about the Hotel operations. I was told that my package included a free breakfast, but they could not tell me if there was a limit on that breakfast. The hotel rooms are nice enough but look like they came out of the 80s. They definitely need an update. The hotel is in a nice location, on a beautiful property, on a lovely stretch of beach.”

“We’ve reviewed this hotel before. At the time, we downgraded the rating based on three negatives: (1) lack of meaningful wifi/cell service - to the point we couldn’t make calls or fully download email inboxes, (2) “vanity” Nobu - couldn’t ever get a table, and (3) well-intentioned but disruptive housekeeping. All three issues have been fixed. There is now high speed wifi available, and we had no issues making calls or working from the hotel. Nobu has been extended and reservations are easily available (and the food was terrific). No frequent knocks or calls from housekeeping.
In addition to resolving those issues, they maintain the same high level of service. Staff are incredible, spa is decadent, pool area terrific. arcade gives young family members something to do on a rainy day, and rooms are immaculately clean. Outstanding hotel.”

“My 3rd stay in 3 years. Couple of things make this hotel special.
1) Family-owned business that obviously attracts, cares for, and retains terrific staff. Everyone from the 30-year veteran to the new employee were interested in making the guest experience special.
2) Property is right on the Atlantic and at low tide you can walk the uncrowded beach miles in both directions.
3) Facilities and food are first rate. They handled our board meeting as well as at least one conference without dropping the ball on either and always making us feel like we were their priority. Dinners at Angle and Nobu were a treat. Gym is world class. Rooms are clean, very quiet, & thoughtfully designed. I slept soundly.
Couple of other points: spacious room with balcony. Room safe large enough for my macBook. Krups espresso maker. Best water pressure I’ve encountered in any hotel- makes for quick showers. There were two luggage racks in closet, a steam iron with full sized ironing board, and a clothing steamer. Housekeepers did a great job daily [don’t forget to tip the hardest working folks in the hotel :)”

“We had a great experience our kids loved the loggers kids club and the bicycle rentals that come complimentary with the resort. The resort was not overly crowded either.
The only thing I would recommend is adding a family photography service that I have seen at other resorts with family portraits to capture our stay.”
