“We stayed 4 nights at the resort. I needed distilled water for my CPAP, they had it delivered to my room the day after we arrived. We had room 201 and I recommend it. Wrap around terrace, pool on one side, ocean on the other. King size bed was very comfy, large suite area. Room could use more electrical outlets. Water in the sink was running slowly, reported to mgmt, fixed within 30 min. Ordered extra bath towels, brought to our room within minutes. Beautiful beach, lots of seaweed, but hotel cannot control that. Breakfast was good, other meals at hotel were fair, but not bad. Service was quite good and attentive. A good location to walk to other restaurants and shops on the main drag. We did not research the restaurants before we went, so we just had OK means. The pool is heated and there is a nice hot tub. The ocean was easy to get into, warm for this time of year. If you want to eat outside, this is a very good place. Would recommend it. Our flights from Westchester were pretty full, I was surprised this time of year. Breeze did a good ontime job.”

You can feel the Chic, Warm vibes that all Kimpton Hotels provide . Ashely at the Front Desk was friendly, informative, and professional. She answered all my questions with confidence and gave me some great recommendations in the area. The whole Resort is kept clean and polished. All staff members are friendly and respectful. The rooms are very spacious with great amenities! All of Heatons bartenders, including Charlie (pool Bar) are top notch. Great knowledge of the property and area and make great cocktails and food recommendations. The Spa on property is very tranquil, and is the cherry on top to a relaxing beach resort vacation. Rachel the Spa reception made it seamless
To book, and the massage therapist Cassandra was incredible. This truly is an amazing resort, filled with employees that are passionate about hospitality and go above and beau one for all guests. Looking forward to my next trip back to Kimpton Vero Beach!”

“Wanted a break from the frigid winter we were having in NYC. Restaurant and bell staff were amazing . Front desk could use some improvement. Food at all food outlets were fantastic . Drinks were great as well. Location was great. Free bikes were pleasant to use . Pool chairs were limited. Rooms are a bit dated although well cleaned. Overall enjoyed our stay .”

“My boyfriend and I stayed here for one night on our way to the Florida keys. We are both 37 and were traveling from Canada with our two golden retrievers. This hotel was incredibly dog friendly. We checked in and a photo was taken of them and put on a photo board in the lobby of all the dogs staying there recently. There was a treat station with little gift bags filled with bandanas and treats. Upon entering our room they had dog beds and bowls ready and waiting. It was my boyfriend’s birthday and a lovely note and chocolate covered strawberries were in the room waiting for us. I am pretty sure we got a room upgrade because our suite was massive and beautiful. We had two balconies and had partial ocean view. The only reason I did not give this a 5 star is because we did not experience dining at the restaurants on site, although they look delicious. We also did not experience the beach and amenities due to the very windy weather (not the hotels fault). We did receive a cute beach bag upon entering our home and this hotel also has popcorn, wine and cocktails in the evening for an hour. Tons of nice touches. We will definitely be back.”

“Beautiful place, bar restaurant service was great. But the valet parking will write your license plate number down and call you into the cops. If they feel like u should not drive, they should not give you the keys if that is the case. Luckily someone in our party noticed them doing this. Even though I hadn’t had a drink in 3 hours. I chose to be safe but they felt the need to entrap me. ( how do I know this, I confronted them and they admitted it) So just be aware what they will do.”

“The location is excellent, but that is where the positives end. The overall experience was clearly below the standards expected for a hotel positioned and priced at this level.
The property is in urgent need of maintenance, both inside the rooms and throughout the common areas. In our room alone, there were multiple issues such as broken minibar doors and lamps not working, which reflects a lack of basic upkeep. This was consistent with the general condition of the hotel.
The beach area was unacceptable — there were dead birds, debris and plastic glasses scattered along the beachfront from the moment we arrived until we left, without being removed or cleaned. This demonstrates a serious lack of basic operational standards.
Public areas were not properly maintained, and the lobby had an unpleasant smell. The area directly in front of our terrace was used as a storage space for beach chairs and umbrellas, significantly affecting the view, privacy, and overall experience.
Service was also inconsistent. While some staff were friendly, the front desk was not helpful when issues were raised, and there was little sense of accountability or effort to resolve problems.
In addition, even after involving Booking.com, it was not possible to obtain a proper invoice covering the full amount paid for the stay, which is a basic and expected requirement.
Overall, this property does not meet the standards it claims or the price it charges. The value for money is very poor, and the experience left a clear sense of having paid for something that was not delivered.”
