    “The staff was very nice. Although my stay was not what I booked or wanted every person I felt with was very nice. The manager on duty Saturday was very sweet about the issue with room service and offered me a credit which we were very appreciative of.”

    “THE STAFF!! From the informative valet to Tolkyn at the check-in who went above to make the stay fun memorable. We had the chance to run into Kearry who walked us around the property cause it was pouring out and he was committed to doing their best to keep us dry. The bartenders and the house keeping. It was lovely to be around a team that was engaged and care to me the experience a lovely experience. Oh and the obvious concierge she was just there that I didn’t seek out they seek us out to make sure that we knew what we were doing and where we’re going.”
