  • “Another Unforgettable Stay”

“This was our third visit, and we have never been disappointed. Although our stays are always short—just one night each time—this hotel holds many precious memories for our family and has become a very special place to us. The unexpected upgrade made this stay even more memorable, and Liz at the front desk was truly exceptional. Her kindness, professionalism, and thoughtful attention throughout check-in made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. We’re already looking forward to returning again this October!”

  • My home away from home

    10/10

    xinyuew2026 · Friends getaway · 2026-08-09

“Park Hyatt Chicago has been my favorite hotel since my first stay in October 2025. None of other hotel feels like this. What makes it special is the people. Maya welcomed me on my very first visit; Amiee, and Nikki make every arrival feel like coming home. During this stay, I was having one of the hardest days I'd had in a long time, and Nikki's genuine kindness went far beyond anything you could call "service." Casey even surprised me for my birthday. This is a team that truly cares about its guests as people. As the first Park Hyatt in the world and the brand's flagship, this intimate ~180-room hotel carries big expectations. Is every moment flawless? No, it's a small, wildly popular hotel and things occasionally go sideways. But what sets this team apart is how they own it: leadership listens, follows up personally, and makes things right. That's rarer than perfection. The Gold Coast suite are stunning, NoMI is excellent, and the location can't be beat, but honestly, I come back for the people. I haven't even checked out of this stay and I already can't wait for the next one.”

“This is my favorite hotel in Chicago. The location is great, close to the Magnificent Mile. The public spaces are modern and beautiful. My room was large, very well appointed, and had many outlets and a strong wifi signal. The bathroom was very large. Service is absolutely first rate too. I will very happily return in the near future.”

  • Amazing stay!

    10/10

“Park Hyatt was simply amazing! Had a room on the 17th floor and noise was not an issue at all! you could faintly hear sirens, but it wasnt frequent and as someone who is often bothered/sensitive to noise I had no issue. The room itself was absolutely beautiful and spacious. We had a Lakeview room and the view was so beautiful. I didn't try the restaurant while there, but did try the fitness center/pool, loved both. Staff was very welcoming and warm. I will definitely be back whenever I visit Chicago again. One important thing to note, if you have a connecting room you can definitely hear if someone is in there. I might have been lucky as I don't believe there was someone in the connecting room my full stay (only heard tv when we first checked in to the room) but we could hear the cleaning staff very clearly when they were in there. Id recommend booking through Hyatts website as that will tell you if its specifically a connecting room or not, where as third party it doesnt say if the specific room is connecting and not all rooms are connecting rooms. Also while this didn't affect me, I will add that there is no mini fridge, just a mini bar so keep that in mind if that is something you need.”

  • Spectacular, sensational, fabulous stay on Michigan Avenue

    10/10

    jpark10 · Family · 2026-07-05

“Truly sensational hotel. We stayed in a one BR suite, with a beautiful view of Michigan Ave and Lake Michigan. What a way to wake up every morning. The room is beautiful and stunningly decorated. Service was spectacular and attentive and friendly. Very nice pool for swimming or for children to play in. Loved daily breakfast at NoMi, tried something different every morning. The location is in a prime location on N Michigan Ave, and gives the true feeling that you are in Chicago when you visit. I would absolutely return, and this hotel is well deserving of its reputation as one of the best hotels in Chicago.”
