    “I’ll start off with a positive, our room was clean, that it’s important. I checked for bedbugs as well, none. After that, this place is…….no. I would not stay here again. The decor is HIDEOUS. Nothing matches, it is a mishmash of very old decor with heinous blue wallpaper with lasers or something on it. Our room had a missing outlet plate-not good if you have littles. The airport shuttle is a 10 passenger van that doesn’t have the name of the hotel on it. It only runs every 45 min so if you miss the time frame available in the morning or after you need pick up-you will be waiting and could possibly miss your flight. We ended up just taking an Uber back to the hotel when we landed because we would have just had to sit there for 45 min. This just kind of negates the whole reason for the park and fly The hotel is only about 14 min from the airport. We wouldn’t have known which van was their’s anyway since it isn’t marked. Blech. We didn’t like it. The staff wears regular streetwear clothing, it is hard to tell who actually works there.”

    “Based on the reviews, I was worried about staying here. However, the hotel has been renovated, and we were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness. They ordered a shuttle for us because we had a 7 AM flight and it showed up promptly at 5 AM to take us to the airport.”

I woke up with numerous itchy bites all over my legs, which caused significant discomfort. This is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the cleanliness and maintenance of the rooms. I reported the issue, but the experience ruined my stay. I expected a clean and safe place to sleep, not to leave covered in bites. I hope the hotel takes this problem seriously, inspects all affected rooms, and treats the infestation immediately so other guests do not have to go through the same experience.”
