    “Very dirty, from outside the building all the way to the room. Floors needed to be washed, the elevator wiped down, the carpets were not only stained but hadn’t been vacuumed in some time. The room smelled like cigarettes. And it was on the highway side of the building (they didn’t have a room available on the opposite side) so the traffic noise was constant.”

    “I really feel they need to hire a more respectful front desk person in the morning. The evening front desk person was wonderful. I feel like I need a partial refund due to the uncleanliness of the hot tub and the dining area. Or a free night. Just for them to redeem themselves. I asked for a late checkout because I was sick from either the hot tub or the dining area. Couldn't enjoy my stay. Hopefully it will be better.”
