“We have stayed at the Brass Key a few years ago and decided to go back again this year. It was very disappointing- the size of our room was small for the price they charge, the water pressure was poor and we complained at the front desk and they said they fixed it but it was a marginal fix.
The bar service at the pool was poor- very limited frozen beverage drink selection. The grounds are beautiful and the breakfast is very good- as from previous years, they seem to be short staffed. The location is ideal.
It’s a shame we will not stay there again. The rooms are overpriced- we stayed at another Inn for 6 nights prior to checking in at the Brass Key and the room was larger, water pressure in the shower was excellent and the cost was $300 less a night.”

“Patrick, Dale, and all of their staff were amazing! Everyone was welcoming, warm and friendly. The room and grounds were beautiful…the pool, hot tub and sitting areas were very relaxing. The breakfast was so yummy everyday, and the afternoon wine and cheese were very nice as well. The extra bonus of cookies at check out was very much appreciated and a special touch. Everything was great, and Stephy and I would return in a heartbeat. Thanks!!”

“Stayed in a pool view room for 3 nights. The room itself was compact but had a large terrace overlooking the pool and the property is beautiful.
Very close to the main street so handy.
There were plenty of loungers at the pool and the water was a nice temperature. Pool towels supplied.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would return.”

“This Inn is an amazing property. So many room options and the staff is so professional. The location is perfect just a short walk to Commercial St where the action happens. There is a great breakfast option in the morning. With a great pool and hot tub to relax in. A great feature this year is you can order a drink from the pool from the bar staff and charge it to your room. The Shipwreck Lounge is a great place for an evening cocktail. The staff can help with dinner recommendations and reservations. Next time in town just check out the property and you’ll see the reason why it’s 5 stars”
