Location was great, close to Gillette stadium even with traffic going to the World Cup. Our host was very accommodating and even let us borrow her personal car to run a quick errand. Rooms were very clean, and bed was comfortable. For an older property it is well maintained and individual AC’s in every room kept it nice and cold.

A comfortable stay in an historic building run by lovely people... couldn't ask for more.

“A real breakfast, cookies delivered to the room, and staying in an historic building instead of a crummy concrete block... absolutely the right answer.”

“Beautiful. Very welcoming . Great staff. I felt at home. Homemade chocolate chip cookies and lemon water waiting in room, Quiet, windows open. Couldn’t ask for anything more. Stay here!!! It is amazing and historical. Painted ceilings and tooled leather in dining area. I thought it was wall paper until I asked. Beautiful! Great staff. Very welcoming and accommodating!”
I was hoping for a little more for $361. Maybe a tour of the mansion, bottle of wine in the room?

“The property was historically beautiful and very unique and interesting. Rooms were very comfortable and provided all that you need. A couple of simple things - we are coke drinkers but that was not an option and the full breakfast was delicious but minimal and options not explained.
Overall a great stay and will stay again!”

“This place is such a gem. You can book directly through their website (https://proctormansioninn.com/) to save a couple bucks. The property is beautifully kept, and the inn keeper was so very kind and generous. I was the only one in the property during my stay and I never felt uncomfortable or unsafe, which as a solo female traveler is always a concern. I cannot stress enough how wonderful all the staff I encountered were.
The room I stayed in was the Peach room which was so gorgeous. The bed was comfortable, and the bathtub was luxurious. I think this would be a very sweet place to stay for the fall / winter holidays. On their website, there is a section for special events. This would be a super cute place to do a ladies afternoon tea party.
TLDR: If you are on the fence about booking, definitely book! You will not regret it!”

“This inn was built as a private residence in 1861 & still maintains slot of Victorian charm. If you are looking for a place with all the modern amenities, this is not the place for you. Great location! Tammy was absolutely wonderful!”

“Very old historic mansion with a lot of character and charm. This place isn't pristine, but if you like beautiful architecture and history, you can overlook some of the flaws. Staff is very friendly and accomodating, and location is convenient to Patriots Place, while feeling like you are in a very rural location.”

“So much better than staying at a standard hotel. Breakfast was amazing. The outside of the house needs some work but once inside it is perfect. ”
